Appearance -
He has white hair, technicly black but turned white. Under his sleeves he has two long armbands.
Weapons - Two guardless swords. One on his back, and the other on the back of his waist. The one on his back is a short sword. Both swords are able to cut chakra.
Personality - He is a leader. He is smart, kind, serious when needed to be, protective, somewhat thinks he's funny(He's not that funny), generous, often late for things, and he cares about his appearance but not to a conceided point. He is always level headed, and is extreemely hard to taunt. He is more polite then most, except with his closest friends of course.

Biography:
Tetsu was born into one of the more richer families in Konoha. Being in a rich family left him distant with other children, others thinking that he must be spoiled. His mother was always so kind to him. His father was firm but, fair. He and his father were quite close. Both parents were highly skilled shinobi, and taught him a lot about chakra and jutsu. One day, when he was young, his father went off to a mission. A lowly C rank mission. But, he didn't come back. No one knew if he was dead or not. Some thought that he became a missing-nin. Others believe that he just wanted to leave his wife. But, Tetsu thought otherwise. He thought that he was on a training leave, even with details going against it. Tetsu was so stubborn about that one idea. His mother stopped being a kunoichi, not wanting to die and leave Tetsu alone. Tetsu strives to become better than his father, not wanting to disapear like him for whatever the reason.

[X]--Inhanced Chakra Control-User has better control his chakra system.
[ ]--Detailed Chakra Sight-User can see details such as element, amount, and specializations(i.e. Medic, Ninjutsu, Summoning etc).
[ ]--Sight Placement-He is able to place symbols that is identical to the Reikongan onto any surface that links what he sees with what is in the view of the eye.

- The user uses advanced shape and nature manipulation.
[X]--Chakra Blade- The user manipulates there chakra into a blade around a medium such as a hand or an already existing blade, but can create a blade without a medium when the user is more skilled with shape manipulation.
[ ]--Elemental Study- The user can take a sample of elemental chakra and manipulate his/her chakra to match the elemental type.
[X]--Chakra Barrier- The user can create a barrier made of chakra. The barrier shape will vary.
[ ]--Chakra Bind- The user can use shape manipulation to create a rope like strand of chakra and wrap it around the opponent.
[ ]--Chakra Puncture- The user wraps chakra around their hand ad hits the opponent. The users chakra then flows into the opponent where ever the user struck and peices any part of the chakra system that is in contact with the users chakra. This causes the opponents chakra to start leaking into the body, and eventually out of his body. This not only leaves a trail out of the enemies chakra, but also makes it harder for the enemy to manipulate chakra in the targeted area. When the user becomes more adept in shape manipulation, the user will be able to use this ability at a longer distance.
