This clan may be of superior beings, but we are none of us perfect.
1. All members, regardless of rank, are treated as equal. 2. All posts are to be read fully before being responded to. If a post comes of as "questionably offensive", any and all attempts for a clearer conecption should be made before a negative reaction is given. 3. All guild members can private message the leader at ANY time with their complaints, as well as any Elder Council member they are comfortable with. 4.No one Elder Council member can decide to ban a member on their own. 5. In terms of Banning or Demoting a clansmen, a predominate vote of the Elder Council will determine the decision. 6. All Elder Council members are allowed the choice of who joins. They are on Elder Council for my trust in their reasoning, therefor, if they think someone is worth the guilds time, I, as well as the other Council members, will consent to their choice. 7. Any and all complaints against other Elder Council members will be discussed in the Council Chambers, away from the ears and sights of the other Clansmen. 8. This is not my first guild that I've run, however, it is the first browser based, and Gaian, guild I've run, so, if I have any faults as leader, point them out to me. 9. If the majority of the Elder Council wishes it, the current Leader will step down into the newly elected leaders position, selecting a Savant for themselves. 10. The new leaders old Savant will be removed from their position, and given an offer as an Elder Council member. 11. Only the Elder Council themselves are allowed to delete topics, threads, and posts made by others. Savants and Clansmen are allowed to edit their own work, but no one else's. 12. No thread, topic, or post may be deleted with speaking to the respective clanmember first.

To me the rules look perfectly fair and easy to follow...And newcomers(Or older members O_o) should really have any reason to not follow these..
Lord, to complement you more..you have explained quite well on what each point means enough to follow..and all points are related to keeping this guild going and not be defeated by the nasty humans D<

I think the rules are pretty fair but I do think you should reserve the right to make changes as necessary, because a certain situation could have reason to change them, but the changes should be gone over with the other elder council members. And how will we deal with the said clansmen? Is it a warning system, or is it based on the severity of the crime/situation that they are being charged/ blamed for.

I agree with Rose as far as punishment goes, but otherwise the rules sound pretty fair. The only thing I don't understand is if there is someone who would like to join: do we ignore them or what? And I'm talking mostly about friends.

So is this guild aiming to only allow members in with Vampire skin?
If so, then how will members that ditch their skin be handled?

As far as I know, the guild welcomes people with vampire characters, who support Durem. I don't believe the skin decides it... and there's exceptions even to what I stated above: Ash is a human, and a member, and in Imp's case, his character is a drow. If it was just based on the skin, they likely wouldn't be a part o this guild.

Ravenna, if you'r on the Elder Council, then I , and the other council members, trust you to allow others to join. Provided they are for Durem. This guild is ALL Durem, and MOSTLY vampyres. (special exceptions, like Sin said)

What shall happen to the guild after the event is over? The Vampires could be for Barton next time, for all we know. The event is ending today I think. So why should we limit this guild to the Vampires of Durem? It's just Durem Pride for the purposes of this event, but after it's over it's just going to sound arrogant and elitist.
My only concern is that this guild will be based upon a hierarchy and hierarchies tend to exist only to perpetuate themselves; the focus becomes on the available positions, the power they come with, and who gets to fill them. And hierarchies are fun, but this cult will get dreadfully boring if that's all that goes on here.
That being said, I am honored beyond words to be included in this guild, and to be Lord Lionheart's savant.

This guild was created to give those from the event a home where they could easily keep in touch with those they met. It WILL be Durem exclusive, even AFTER the event. I have faith in those on the Elder Council, in that, should a power struggle commence, that the right thing be done and those in the wrong dealt with and removed.

I like most of the rules. But what if I find somebody who is for Durem? Can I send them the link? Or do I have to talk to one of you first? I'm pretty sure EVERybody has been wondering this by now.
~sighned~ The Freelance Savant. (I'm mysterious......................................You know it's true. whee )
