I enjoy a good workout. Staying in shape is a good thing. I used to go out and jog, but I stick to treadmills nowadays when running. Seeing a running Black man seems to make dogs want to chase. >_<

I think it's hilarious how some dudes start wearing tiny t-shirts after working out. rofl Looks gay to me. It's one thing to show your arms by wearing a basketball jersey, wife beater or something. But some be wearing them medium sized polo shirts. Like they be in the kid's section.

I do 200 leg up crunches.
100 oblique crunches.
100 reverse crunches.
50 lunges.
100 heal raises.
50 arm pulses.
50 arm thingers, i don't know what they're called. Lmao.
Per dayy.

I just rarely do cardio.
So in yo' face fool.

I used to do 1000 crunches a day, but it's better to do more of different types of crunches then just one type.
