One of the upmost things I hate is when there is so much happening in an anime but people only care about the action and comedy in it instead of the actual blood and storyline lying under the skin.
So I wanted to make this topic because I think Naruto, without meaning to, is a psycological anime. look at the characters and how they act and think, and their past.
They're so many things in Naruto that relates to real life.
Look at Sakura and Ino, once good friends who broke their friendship over a boy who didn't give a damn about either of them. Too many times do that happen it real life. Naruto is an orphan, he feels pain and loneliness, everyone puts him down and if he wasn't determined, in the real world, he probably would have committed suicide.
who else sees this in Naruto besides me? who really understands each (main) character and their struggle and how it's a reminder of how too real the pain in this life is? please tell me.

It's the first and the last time For you to live just as yourself
{{ I actually think A LOT of anime relates to reality.
Like Death Note, Light sees the world as rotten and wants to help change it. }} You should draw your own way After spreading a big map

I see that to some people don't really notice that charactors in animes are a lot like people living in this world. Like Gaara for an example, people were horrifed of he when he was younger. People rejected him so much that he started to kill almost anyone. In real life someone like that (if not helped) could group to become a psycho killer or even kill thereself. Also with Neji and Hinata, before Naruto knocked some sense in his head, Neji used to be an a*****e and would talked down about Hinata. For someone like Hinata, that person could comit suicide or became a bully. For someone like Neji, groups up to be a heartless a*****e. (if not fixed)

yeah that's what I'm saying. And Itachi is also misunderstood. When he was younger, he was always praised but he didn't want the attention so he came to look down on his family. Itachi was always pressured by his father to take a path that he really didn't want, he didn't want to become Anbu and when he returned to Konohagakure he was eating at a dango shop. Kakashi and Sasuke stood outside and Sasuke said "can we eat somewhere else? I don't have much of a sweet tooth." So based on that I assume that Itachi likes sweets, all he could have possibly wanted, for all we know, was to open a candy store but his father pushed him into a different direction and it made him crazy. I don't think Itachi is an evil character, honestly I don't think any of the characters are evil.
as for Gaara, because of the way he was treated as a child and the lies his family told him like his uncle Yashamaru, he grew to hate and distrust the ppl around him. gaara is a fascinating character to me.
yes Death Note is the same way and the struggle in that is: is Kira really wrong? yes Light was an arrogant p***k and the murders he was carrying out were immoral but what gives any court system the right to put ppl in death row? aren't they also just murdering people even if they are criminals?
Fullmetal Alchemist is also the same. Did anyone notice the World War II references? Or the oppression references? The Ishballans, I think represent all the cultures in the world that aren't European or American in which Europeans/Americans went into and tried to conquer. Like what the English did to the Africans and Native American Indians, except the anime doesn't show slavery but the situation I think is the same. I love that about the show, how utterly real it is.
I think ppl should realize these things, I believe these messages are put there for a reason. it saddens me when ppl don't catch on to these, cause then I feel like, they aren't really watching it.
and I hate it when ppl tell me Naruto is fake, its far more real than anything that comes on daytime tv. The characters are so deep.
Neji was an a** but that was to cover up all the pain and insecure feelings he had. Neji is a hyprocrite, he says "you can't defy destiny" yet he constantly tries it himself. Hinata is unconfident, she has an inferior complex and tries to change herself after countlessly watching Naruto. She was the only person who actually liked and cared for him when everyone else thought he was a loser and a nobody, only after he becomes stronger does everyone else come to respect him but just like when Gaara becomes Kazekage, it's only out of fear.
Sasuke was simply jealous of his older brother, he hated the attention their father gave him. I respect Sasuke's power but he is a jealous character, he becomes jealous of Naruto.

Truefully this is my first post since i just joined! XP But Not just Naruto but all animes I believe relate to life! WIthout them I don't know where i would be! Most poeple say it's stupid but just watching, and reading it all is what tells me not to give in to anything, when there are alot things to give in to. It's that that helps me know what i really believe in the most, my friends, my family, and myself! What i can do now and what i can do for others. That if there is any one to believe in it's the ones most close to you. ANd when you feel alone is when you need to look around and just see all your friends that have your back. If this even makes any since to you or not is up to you, but for one i live my life by what i learn, weather it be from anime or not.*most of it is*

I totaly agree. I for one get quite pissed when my dad says that all anime is the same and they all have a repeditive system. I have personaly found that this is only true for kids anime, like pokemon or Speed Racer, but that's not true for more mature anime like .hack or Code Geass.
I may be going back to the '70s in this, but one of the most realistic anime I've seen HAS to be Robotech. It just shows how a young man can be torn between two romances in the middle of a war, then how the loss of some one very dear to you can be more painful than being nearly killed.
Any one agree?

Loveless is one of the most profound and best examples of how Anime and real life is easy to mix. you can see how the real issues people go through like bullying, abuse, hate, love, death of a loved one and one's own sexuality are brought to light. The main character Ristuke goes through so much for such a young child but the sad part is most kids do go through the same things they just keep it to themselves.

I agree. It also let me get the frustration from my father being all "All anime is the same" off of my chest. It really does piss me off that he would say that when he like anime too.
