A government cannot determine what is considered "goth" or "emo." Hell, even teenagers, the ones who came up with all the s**t, can barely determine what it truly is anymore. There are arguements everyday about it. It's dumb because people will be arguing what music should be considered "emo" and what shouldn't, because what people decide will determine the law.
Trends are not the only thing that causes suicide. There's a difference between acting like you want to kill yourself and actually killing yourself. I mean, if you actually want to kill yourself, obviously you have some sort of severe depression. Anyone can be depressed, emo or not (whatever emo is considered to the government). Most people who follow the emo trend just pretend they want to kill themselves. The people who follow through cannot be in the right mind.
I think Russia's government is being ridiculous.
