Her mother, a woman wrestler who never came to be, had a one night stand with a 19 year old luchadore during a trip to Mexico. Eventually that luchadore became the Lucha Libre legend, Atlantis. Born in the Bronx of New York in 1984, she was one of the very few asian children to grow up in Eastchester and was known to be violent in every sense. After a fallout with her mother during her late teens, Sakura traveled to Mexico to meet her father, hoping to knock his front teeth in. After meeting him in 2000, she had made peace with the famed luchadore and decided to get into professional Westling. It was in 2002 that now PWA wrestler, Kendo, discouvered the young Sakura in a backyard fed in Louisiana. Seeing some talent in her, Kendo sent her to fellow TKW (now PWA) wrestler The Indystar, who had helped trained members of now-defuncts TKW jobbers. In 2006, she debuted in Vancouver under a wrestling highlight show in Indy and Koda's wrestling school; although trained by Indy and Kendo, she claimed to be trained by kayfab father Los Ultimo, a luchadore Indy had met in 1998. In late 2006, she started appearing in Japanese death matches with then boyfriend, Joey Murphy Jr. (cousins of Kalevala and Koda). After the PWA Massacre show in 2008, Piccie Smalls offered Sakura a short-term contract. She wrestled in many dark matches and appeared on a televised match but was released to go back to Japan.

He had found great joy in the sport and being apart of it, so he told his parents he wanted to be a pro wrestler when he was old enough, and they ignored him, and wrote him off as a dreamer. Ricky was hurt by their reaction, and decided to prove them wrong. And, funny enough....he made it. But, in the first year of his training, something must of snapped inside him. He refused to be called by his real name, and demanded to be known as "Exxodus". At first, the companies he worked for all thought it was just great character portrayal. But, they soon came to discover Exxodus wasn't playing around.... He took the sport literally, and even though he followed the storyline somewhat, he was rough and vicious. Hurting people in every match by "accident", until no one would hire him....until DCW decided this was the wild card they needed. Anyone who knew of Exxodus truly, deeply despised his very being! The Creative Directors decided that they needed a main Villain for the show they were setting up underground....and they eventually came to the despised, evil young man with a proposal: They'd hire him and let him be whatever he wanted, as long as he'd listen to what their directions and orders intrusted him. They'd let him be as violent and unleashed as possible without killing anyone! To that, Exxodus simply replied " As you wish.....BOSS......" and with that, The Man Who is Beyond Good and Evil had one piece to his puzzle finished.....

After that day fights came more frequently. Due to his small size he used various methods weather it was simple low blow or eye poke to a rear naked choke or arm bar. As his child hood went to end adult hood reached and he still was street fighting. Eventually he met a small time wrestling promoter who believed he had the look to become a wrestler he took him to japan to teach him the bussiness. While coming back from Japan he got a phone call from a DCW promoter offering a job Phil quickly accepted the job and is now part of the DCW roster.
