And the answer
You can become a geisha in Akiyama Okiya, if you feel ready to entertain (though, there will be some lessons for geisha too). Or a maiko, if you feel you need to know more about how to roleplay a geisha. You will receive the new name (think of it yourself) and the family name of Akiyama.

Well, spreading the word around would mean siggy banners/buttons, bumping in threads so people will look, casaual stops by places in gaia commerce, affiliation with other geisha/feudal Japan type guilds, and talking to friends about getting them interested!
Any other ideas?

We are going to have an ochaya at the Commerce forums right? Also, I need a co-owner for the roleplay in Barton I'm setting up, preferrably someone who's on daily, since I can't be here all the time these days.

Yes, an ochaya in the Commerce Forums which head geisha can entertain at, and which teachers and other members of staff can go to hang out and try to reel in more customers.
