-This will be a Raffle style custom drawing, like usual lately,
-Entrants will be required to post which category they will be applying for a Soq for; you can only apply for one category. No familiars right now so there shouldnt be multiple entries from you xD.
-The only exception to this rule is newbies, who can apply for a listed slot AND the newbie slot (if they win one they cant win the other) or just the newbie slot.
-Proxies are allowed; like Tig's and many, only one friend and yourself may be entered Proxies and your own entries have to be seperate posts thanks; please post who youre proxying for as that is obvious and I would be sad if you didnt -further contradiction of her first rule thus for the strikeout-
-Numbers will be rolled, and I will go through a legitimacy process to make sure your entry and custom form is valid, and Ill let you all know when that time comes weither to post your form here or pm or whatever im tired right now.
-Newbies, keep in mind your slot... thing... you still have to pay for lol, it simply reserves you guys a chance
