Hey I need some ideas for exercises to get my body ready for lifts. I'm already doing crunches and push ups. Anything else i could add to this list???

lifting weights, and squats with weights. it's not all about your arms and your back. you need a lot of strength in your legs too, since you are supposed to lift from your legs.

you could also leg lifts(where you are on your back and you bring your torso and your legs up) it strengthenss your core and leg muscles ummmmmm.................you can swim imean that kind of builds up muscle in all the places you need especialy your thighs and arms and it is FUN! but you should do laps and tred water for over 10 minuets to really see any progress.
