Anatomy help is always welcome, but.. I'm mostly requesting some tips with the lighting and atmoshpere..
Like, how to make it seem like she's actually part of the picture? Or how to use the colors to convey the overall mood more effectively..
As it is, I think it looks a bit lifeless, although there is some potential (especially with this sort of theme), which I honestly don't know how to bring out.. There's something missing, but I don't know what.

Needs more contrast. I'd darken her edge slightly, not necessarily an outline but sort of a shade.

Also mayhaps a little bit of dark in the background, some vague forms suggested with a few lines.

I edited it a bit with your advice in mind.
The background.. is a wall ^^;; So I didn't really know what to add to it. I just drew little hand prints in the end..
