Kyle_Rayner and Deadpool Batman has never defeated Superman in canon. DKR is Batgod fanboy satisfying crap. The amount of damage Batman would need to deal out to damage the Iron armor is nothing compared to what Superman has shrugged off over the years. There's also the fact that in cannon, Hush (where Batman barely managed to survive the fight, even with Superman fighting to lose, and with a Kryptonite Ring and Catwoman's help) is Batman's BEST showing against Superman in recent cannon. In Batman/Superman future Superman smacks the crap out of Batman until present Superman saves his a**. In Azzarello's Superman story, Bruce takes a swing at Clark. Clark dodges and goes "Typical. Throw another and I promise you I won't move and every bone in your hand will be broken" and Batman just shut up. In recent Sacrifices, a mind controlled Superman (pissed, but not working at 100%) put Batman in intensive friggin care... It took SEVERAL hits of the healing ray just to wake him up. Batman survived by dumb stupid luck (accidently activated security systems by being tossed against the controls, and Wonder Woman just happened to teleport in).

Its not up to me how the fight is set up, I want all the speculation posted here. Tell me about if Superman decided he had to take Bats down, or if Bruce decided he had to take Clark down. If Clark has three minutes of prep time, or if Bruce has three months of prep time. Its all up to you guys.

I think if Batman wanted to take Superman out, he could, but only if Superman didnt know about it. Batman knows his (few) weaknesses and could implement them, but he would need his famous prep time. Doesn't he have Kryptonite Gauntlets for just such an ocassion?

Okay Superman and Batman get into a fight; no preparation, Supes hands Batmans head to him.
Supes versus Bats with preparation time, if Batman had preparation time, without Supes knowledge, then I think he would have a chance.........
But anyway, Supes meets Batman after school at the flagpole, supes kills him. twisted
Okay he probably wouldn't kill him....

The problem is that a VS thread is generally one on one. As much of a loner Bruce is he would make sure he had a lot of back up if he actually had to take Clark down. One on One it's Clarks Game.

Or the new Hurricane that sprouted up stare
Well then we would have to wonder why these two would be at a school in the first place....
Maybe they preaching anti-violence to the students?

First, there is no level of unpreparedness for Batman. He has already ran intense simulation and has fueled several research think tanks and developed new technologies and corporations solving the "What if Superman tries to take me down if I am unprepared" question.
The Detective wins.
Simple explanation:
Superman's behavior can be manipulated because he operates on a simplistic moral code where there are no shades of grey. Grey is what bats is all about.
Why even if it took a super exoskeleton hooked to the entire gotham power grid, a terrorist bombing threat, and a one armed Green Arrow hanging out of a helicopter shooting arrows with his teeth, Bats wins.
Oh wait, that is what he did the, perhaps not first but, best time he knocked Superman down a peg.

Oh and after consultation with my attorney, I intercept any replies of "That's not canon, that is a made up story" with if it walks like a funny-book, and it talks like a funny-book, it's a funny-book!

Lao Sifu First, there is no level of unpreparedness for Batman. Wrong kid. Cataclysm. No Man's Land. War Games. Killing Joke. Hush. Those are all examples, and not all inclusive either, of times in which Bruce was not ready. His deus ex machina belt and computer do not save him all the time. He's been punched out by more random hoods and Green Lanterns than anybody. Quote: He has already ran intense simulation and has fueled several research think tanks and developed new technologies and corporations solving the "What if Superman tries to take me down if I am unprepared" question. Also wrong. Frank Miller has you fooled. The best he could give Wonder Woman was a green K ring, which failed miserably. Bruce knows best of all that a pissed the ******** off Superman is unstoppable. Clark is smarter than Bruce. Quote: Simple explanation: Superman's behavior can be manipulated because he operates on a simplistic moral code where there are no shades of grey. Grey is what bats is all about. Also wrong. Bruce is the boy scout, not Clark. Bruce wont kill. He lives by the mantra, of ALWAYS PREPARED. Clark has killed, and will do whatever is necessary again. Quote: Why even if it took a super exoskeleton hooked to the entire gotham power grid, a terrorist bombing threat, and a one armed Green Arrow hanging out of a helicopter shooting arrows with his teeth, Bats wins. If you read my journal, youd know that wont really stop Superman. Quote: Oh wait, that is what he did the, perhaps not first but, best time he knocked Superman down a peg. Non-canon. Thats right, some made up fanboy crap. Counts as much as if you or I wrote it. Read the times Superman faced Batman in canon.
