[[ This is a roleplay for just Freak and I. I need to think of a better title... ]]  Hachi stepped into the body of water he had found while searching for something to cool him off. It was a hot summer day, and Hachi wasn't used to having to deal with hot weather. The husky pony bowed his head and let his tongue come out to lap at the cool water. He had resisted the urge to pant before since he had been given strange looks for it by passing ponies. He couldn't help it if he was slightly dog like. It was in his nature.
After a moment of drinking he looked up to see the small waterfall that he didn't have time to notice before. He smiled to himself. This was a nice place to hang around in. Hachi hesitantly stepped into the water deeper. A swim might be nice...

 Keisha had slept near the waterfall and awakened when she heard the splash. "Someone is here" She got up to take a look. "Hmm..." She took a drink and felt better.

Hachi lowered his head more to drink again, but stopped midway when he spotted someone else nearby. She seemed to have the same idea as him too. "Hello!" He called out over to the other. He didn't want there to be any awkward silences. The pony looked familiar to him too...

Keisha looked up and waved. "Hello!" Sh wandered closer to him. "Nice day isn't it."

Hachi nodded his head. "Yeah it is. A bit too hot for my tastes though. Kind of nice for swimming..." He smiled. "How have you been?"

Keisha smiled. "I've been well. I also thought a swim might be nice. Care to join me?" She swishes her tail and walks slowly into the water.

"Sure, sounds fun." Hachi followed her into the water without hesitation. It felt nice to be cooled off by the cool liquid. He dipped his head into the water, causing a splash, and then quickly taking it back out. He resisted the urge to shake his head to dry himself off; just in case he splashed Keisha without meaning to.

Keisha dived into the water and came up shaking her head. "Oh so nice! Oh sorry." She smiled and giggled.

Hachi laughed and shook his head. "No need to be sorry. I'm already wet..." He splashed her and stuck his tongue out teasingly. "There. Now were even."

Keisha paddled over and splashed him. "Now take that!" She giggled and licked his nose.

"Aagh, you got me." He said and laughed. He blushed at the lick, but it was hard to see with his dark fur. He splashed her again, but lightly this time and licked her cheek before jumping back. "Now I got you."

Keisha was surprised and blushed. "Yes you did." She smiled and dove under the water.

Hachi watched her as she sunk below the water. He backed up a few feet and looked around for her. "Alright...." He said with a nervous laugh. "Where'd you go now? Do I have to come in after you and look for you?" He smirked and sunk his head under the water after taking in a deep breath. His eyes opened up slightly and he looked around.

Keisha swam under the water and watched Hachi from underneath. When it looked like he was gonna look under for her. She moved behind him and then slid under him. She threw him backward. "Surprise!" She giggled.

Hachi gasped in shock and fell backwords, making a bit more of a splash. He broke out laughing after he got up straight. "You're quick! I don't think I can keep up... or can I...?" This time, he dove under the water in hopes of giving her a surprise.
