"Grab her!" two thieves shouted, "we can't let her go! she'll peach on us!" The frightened yet determined girl kept running. running on into the forest. I don't care where i go.. as long as it's away from here. she thought, and kept on running. She could see the two demons behind her getting farther and farther away. The demons said to each other "no, no... don't go in there. she's running to her death, anyway."
Not knowing why they stopped chasing her, she figured she had succeeded and was too fast for them. Guess i'm a natural runner. she thought to herself.
She stopped for a breather, shaking off her escape from that dreadful place where she grew up. Looking around, she had no idea where she was. She was.. lost. Before she could organize her thoughts, all of a sudden she heard a yelp, "What was that?" she said to herself softly. She started gliding towards where the noise was. Curiosity enveloped her.
She finally saw something in the distance. Looks like a ... an animal. she cautiously yet gracefully glided from tree to tree, occasionally stopping to make sure whatever the thing was didn't see her. She came closer. . . and closer. . .
