It was so gorgeous in the gardens. Tulips, lilacs, mountain laurels and peach blossoms, among many other types of plants and flowers grew among this marvelous patch of land. In the far corner she spotted a sakura tree. In large quantities the blossoms could have been said to be too much or just enough, depending on the person. Yukiko however thought that one tree was enough for a garden-- there was no need to overflow the other plant life with a large quantity of something when the subtly of one gorgeous tree was simply magnificent enough alone.

Bigger did not always mean better.

Sitting on one of the carefully placed benches for a glorious overall view of the yard, Yuki took out one of the floral art gallery books she had grabbed from one of the libraries on her way to her break. Maybe she could learn something about a rare species of flower, or perhaps about one of the ones in the garden.

While she flipped through the pages she couldn't help but wish she had thought to bring her camera to the grounds with her. It wasn't like she couldn't come and do it another day-- but there was just something special and unique about the first time you see something like that. Petals on the flowers seem to sparkle as if the entirety of it had been pruned the night before, just for her.

She was too shy to socialize on her own, so this seemed like the perfect activity for her today. It didn't take long for her to become absorbed into her readings with a smile.
