The power went off while my computer was in stand by. So when the power came back, my computer turned on and a window opened up saying something like this,

There has been times where your computer went in to Stand By mode and it did not respond afterwards. Do you wish to keep your computer from going in to Stand By?

Well I meant to click No but accidently hit Yes. I want to just set my computer in to Stand By when I'm finished with it. It's an old computer, it runs on Windows Millennium Edition or Windows ME. Could someone give me clear instructions that even a retard could follow to make it so my computer can go in to Stand By mode again?
