When I was a child, I dreamt of this same old house almost 6 to 8 times a year. I got married and started a family. We went looking for a house. I found an ad in a newspaper close to the holidays. We went to look at it. It was the house from my dreams. we ended up buying the house. It did not take long to figure out the house was haunted. Since it's an old house, we started to restore the house. As we did, the spirits settled down in the house unless they do not like your guest then watch out. Things can fly in the air. Doors seem to open on their own when that guest gets close to them. Toys may move in the night. The whole town knew the house was haunted before we bought it. It does not bother me, since I grew up in a haunted house.

Yes well I do live in an old Gorgian Colonial biggrin . That has a few ghosts in it. Including a little girl that if you get her upset she gets into your dreams and haunts them. The way she dose this is singing ring around the roses and showing you images of people dying.

Not a house, but the apartment I used to share with my friend up a school had something there. Closing doors that needed a hard push to close, whistling (when neither or us could whistle), little things like that. One of the other dorms was supposed to be haunted, but I never heard anything to convince me. As for the campus theater, even though people wished it was haunted, I think it was just creepy.

It can be creepy. When I was achild it use to creep me out to the point that I didn't want be be in the house alone. I guess since I have always been around them that I have somewhat gotten use to them.
