Practicing drawing full bodies, and came up with this. I think the body looks decent overall, with some mistakes, that I just can't fix. Like his right arm. And his right foot. Maybe his left foot, too. The character is no one. Really just came up with the design on a whim. But loosely based the hair on my avatar.

His right arm looks just fine to me. If you define the inner side of his right shoe when you draw it, it'll look a lot more natural. Also, if you look at his left shoulder, his shirt looks weird....you drew the line where his arm overlaps his body straight up to the top of his shoulder....you need to end it at the pit.
Everything else is great. His body looks pretty cool....he's got a good mug, and his hair is pretty cool mrgreen

I would say work on the shoulders, they need to be a bit longer. The arms also need work. You need to practice more with facial structure.
The idea is good. I like the way you did his legs and feet. The big thing to focus on here tho is arms and shoulders like i stated before.

While I agree with that the details could use refining, its a good sketch. You may have limited knowledge of shading, but how you used it works.
I know that was a rough sketch, but don't try to avoid making hands and such, it just makes it harder when you HAVE to.
