Post Three: The Angelic Quest

Note: Smileys or something like that means that at some point, I had the item in my inventory. sweatdrop


Why: My rp character is Lise Illumincroix, an actual story character I created. She is an elven fallen angel wanderer. I wanted to quest for the angelics to complete her set. Below are descriptions of the items that fit her.



Zephyr Swirls (Head Case) ^_^
Description: As you might be able to tell from the picture at the top of the post, these are winglike adornments that usually go on the battle helmets of Valkyries and angels..sometimes even demons. Lise is no exception... though she has to admit that someone stole the wings off her helmet as a prank once and caused her to go frantically worried.

Frostbite Blade (Spear Format)^^
Description: Lise's main short distance weapon compared to her bow is her glaive/spear. Quite adept with the spear, Lise has had instances where she has twirled her spear to deflect arrows coming toward her.

Pora Ice (Guard) ^_^ got 4th Gen
Description: The smaller shield is easier to carry around than the angelic umbrella shield and attaches to Lise's arm so she doesn't have to worry about letting go of it by accident.

Angelic Microphone and Earmuffs^^
Description: Even though Lise is in the human world, it doesn't mean she can't don angel-like clothes or themes. One of Lise's talents is her ability to sing. One of her ventures in the human world for entertainment and friendship at school (and sometimes some money) is singing, and it happens that the band likes to theme for their concerts and shows.. one of them being an angelic division.

Angelic Sash - Wish now neutral ~ sub: Cloud?
Description: Angels usually have some sort of wavy cloth around them... pardon the phrasing... Lise was just like them. She had one as well. It was just a great scarf....one that was for the body of course. It gave the angels more of a celestial tone.

Angelic Miniwings Wish now neutral ~sub: bani clips^_^
Description: This miniwings were a sign of honor in the eyes of the angels. Lise had earned them due to her efforts, and they adorned her hair rather well. She loved them...but couldn't risk wearing them in the modern world otherwise her identity would be given away...She only dared to wear them in the old world, where angels were well known.

Cloud^^
Description: As humans, we can fantasize about angels and such. They're always near clouds with their wings and flying in the air. We often paint pictures of them lying or sitting on clouds thinking. Lise is no exception to this.

Western Zodiac- Interested in the Libra balance one^^
Description: As it is said, there has always been some sort of balance between angels and demons. Slighted by the demons, Lise went on a mission to destroy all demons. However, on her journey, she met demons that were not manipulative and cruel and reevaluated her stance... it turns out that she ends up maintaining the balance anyway once understanding the situation.

Mythrill Armor- Er.. too many parts.. haven't gotten anywhere on this one
Description: Lise does indeed have an angelic camisole, which provides her with armor. However, the mythrill armor crafted by the angels' allies are even stronger and just as light as well as more protecting.

Holy Gauntlets ^_^
Description: Lise's battle gauntlets. Similar to her wristbands, the gauntlets provide hard protection for her arm and hand. It also serves to apply more force to her punches. The wings sometimes also enable Lise to maneuver in the air better, but are mostly there for decoration purposes.

Guitar of Angellus, angel winged version or Angelbow ~sub: Fairy Wings ^_^ Thank you Dragnus! heart
Description: Angels all have wings. Even a fallen angel has wings. Lise's wings were lost during her plummet to the modern world. They were cut off rather harshly, and they caused her much pain. As she survived and lived in the modern world, her wings began to grow back until they were fully usable once again. Now, they are invisible to all except other angels. And yes...they help her fly..

EDIT: Since guitars can only equipped on one side... I'd have to get both demona and angellus to form two wings... erm.. it wouldn't be angelic to have demon wings

Angelic Gloves-^_^
Description: Lise's leather battle gauntlets. Similar to her wristbands, the gloves protect her lower arm and back of her hand. The wings on the gloves also enable Lise to maneuver in the air better. These leather gloves are good for sparring and lighter than the metal holy gauntlets.

Angelic Halo-yeah, right.... (Substitute for Halo: Ballerina Circlet-)^_^
Description: All angels have halos (since they're "dead") but Lise never really got used to that fact. In the modern world, where she fell to, she didn't have a halo. The last time she had a halo was during her fight with the elven demon. The only remaining angelic signs of an halo are a faint glow and aura... perhaps, if one were skilled enough and related to angels...he or she may notice a light circle above Lise's head...

Description: Lise's Battle Helmet. To her, it covered more of her head than the amount the Angelic Camisole covered her body. Besides keeping her warm on cold situations, it protected her rather well. Deciding that wearing it in the modern world would only get her blank stares and disdain, Lise decided not to wear the helmet. She wore it in her apartment and when she travelled to the old world.

Angelic Camisole^_^
Description: The hard leather Battle Armor that Lise wore during her battle with the elven demon that brought about her fall. It is somewhere hidden in her belongings. Lise personally didn't understand why she decided to stay with the suit of leather armor.... it was rather revealing and her battle skills weren't perfect.. but then again, it was her only piece of inner armor, and it was special...

Angelic Scarf ^_^
Description: Full of sorrow after learning that her charge was an elven demon that had deceived her, Lise wove a scarf from her own wings... This was, of course, before her last attempt to bring back the elf as the innocent one she knew before she found out his real identity. She still wears this scarf occasionally to keep her warm.

Angelic Collar ^_^
Description: Part of Lise's Battle Suit. It protected her neck and the part of the area above where the Angelic Camisole covered. Lise never tooktoo well to the collar. She only thought of it as protection. Since it was named collar,she felt somewhat chained to her duty...

Angelic Headband^_^
Description: Another one of Lise's head adornments..or not... Angels wore these when they weren't in battle. Lise did use them in battle before though. Like the battle boots, they aided her in maneuvering in air more efficiently.

Angelic Boots ^_^ ~ like Winged Anklets
Description: Lise's battle boots. They helped her maneuver in the air well because of the wings on the boots... (kinda like the god, Hermes)

Angelic Bracelet ~ sub: Flower Wristband^_^
Description: Lise's wristbands, part of her angelic armor. They were stylish and pretty.

Angelic Pendant ~(substitute= gold locket)^_^
Description: With an inscription on the pendant/locket, it ties Lise to her past. Ancient and a trinket treasure to Lise, it also reminds her of her past rank. The inscription is not distinguishable. Perhaps, when the time comes, Lise will be able to read it.

Angelic Staff ^_^
Description: One of Lise's weapons is a staff which emits light when she casts spells. This weapon, though not used much by her in the modern world is an ancient weapon of the angels and is a symbol of their strength and "holiness"

Angelic Parasol ^_^ a.k.a shield
Description: Seeing how her armor isn't very sufficient in protecting her whole body, Lise uses a special shield to fend off attacks. Often, when it rained while she was still an angel, Lise used the shield as a temporary umbrella.

Angelbow^_^
Description: When warriors are trained, they are usually adept in the use of more than one weapon. Some warriors excel at one single weapon, but can use several others. Other are excellent in the use of several weapons. Lise is best with a glaive/spear, but for longer range attack or defense, she requires the use of her Angelbow. Carefully crafted from a mixture of angel tears, feather, and fine wood, the bow is a strong force to be reckoned with. Combined with Lise's skill, the two form a formidable team.
