User Image Normals. Everywhere. She couldn’t get away from their weakness, from there neediness. She growled in frustration, her great head swaying side to side as she sauntered past them all. She headed towards the beachy part of the realm landscape. Not for a salty breeze, but for the endless sand. When she reached the sand, a smile came to her nightmarish features, a truly gruesome sight in itself. She stood, letting her paws sink into the sand, she sunk within herself, falling into her element. The sand rose up, swirling around her slowly, it wound its way around her legs, and then her tails, at her command, it drifted away from her, and created a scene. It was a scene of ages past, of a land she’d never been to, but felt she always belonged in. It was of Egypt. The land of endless sand, and of a yearning bred deep into her bones. Her father, was Egypt, he resembled everything about the culture and existence, and part of her pained to never have been there herself. The sand portrayed her vision of the land, with the pyramids, and the sand dunes, the mystery and the magic. To her, it was a place her power could thrive and grow.

After a few minutes, the scene died, falling back down as if it had never moved. A ripple tore through her body, she lifted her face to the sun, and let out a frustrated growl, that turned into a roar, it echo’d down the beach. It was strong with her frustration and fury, and raw with power. Her bitterness, was as strong as ever. She had so much power, but she was stuck here. Those puny angelics were useless, but the places they could go! They didn’t deserve the places they could go. They should all be hunted down and de-winged. Their stupid halo’s should be shoved over their maws so they couldn’t talk and spew their poisonous words. Another gruesome smile spread over her maw, as she continued down her pleasant trail of angelic torture and pain inducing. She paced down the beach, her restrained muscles rippling as she moved. Small crackles of lightning danced in her footprints, and skittered over the surface of the sand until they disappeared, only to show up in another footprint. She was angry, she was frustrated, and she was bitter. So…really, she was the same as always. A crackling, sand-ridden pile of fur and frustration. And feminine wiles. Oh, and the temper of a two legged hairless hungry Tasmanian devil surrounded by six legged rabbits with big teeth.

He was drawn to the sand, he missed the feel of it under his feet, he could predict its movements and stability, standing in the trees at the edge of the beach he watches as she moved the sands... how interesting, seems he's not alone in powers or love of sand. He stepped forward standing halfway between her and the trees a position that would give him space to manuver in case she charged.

"I've been there, the land your sand showed. Quite an impressive trick too" he smirked and waited for a response tails flicking lightly in quiet readiness

Elysia felt the presence of another, before he spoke, she also sensed the familiarity of the other, and relaxed. She swiveled her head to 'look' at Dark Prince. "It seems everybody's been there" she said with a soft chuckle, her tails flicking violently, and crackling with energy. "Where have you been?" she asked with a quirked brow. It wasnt an angry wife 'where have you been!' it was just more of a way of asking 'whats up' she could care less about where he's been. it was more, who he was with that would get her crackling with anger.

She waited, for him to approach.

He walked forward with a chuckle "miss me?" He stopped when he was shoulder to shoulder with her and looked out to the sea, he wasn't against the sea it had its purpose but he preferred a sea of sand over a sea of water. "no deserts here hu?" he ment it to sound like an off the hand comment with a tone of 'whatever' to it, but it carried a tone of irritation instead. Sand was predictable .. easy to read. Sand was home, rough, dangerous, even angry at times, but it was home. The woods made the creatures here soft and he feared he would become soft from it. He would have to double it training exersizes just to counteract the effect. He exhaled with frustration, his breath gritty with the sand that filled him, it was almost a relief to feel it around his muzzle before the breeze carried it away

The female chuckled softly, and shook her head, her shoulder scarves rippling in the wind, before resuming they're silent rippling. "There isnt anyone strong enough to survive in a desert. They rely on the safety of the forest, on the availability of everything. They are weak" she said with a grunt that turned into a growl.

Her mind flicked to the wizard that lived on her humans compounds, and a shudder coursed through her, some were different. That wizard, was weak, inyet he had done so much damage to her, it still baffled her, and enraged her. "We should be able to hunt them all" she said with a flick of her tail, and dragged a claw through the sand

His growl mimicked hers, how frustrating to be surrounded by such weakness that the very earth nurtured. "Let us then" he could not let this weakness infect him as the trees and green grass over take the sand. Let him instead mill a desert out of the land and lay waist to acres of trees. He would create his own desert and hedge back any tree or blade of grass that may trespass upon it. Any soul who may dare traverse his land and live to see the other side would be tolerated if not begrudgingly for at the least then they are strong enough to survive. And let him say a gift to her that she might be all the more willing towards his advances

Elysia wanted to hunt them all, to rip their limbs off, to make them worthy to stand in her presence, but she understood the social structure. There were more of them, there were them. She growled in more frustration. "To Hunt one, would bring the whole race upon us. As weak as they are, together, they are strongerrrrrrrr" she shook out her head, her body rippling with anxiety, and frustration. "Besides, they are not worth our ttttttime" she said with a wicked, sly grin.

she had a point that they really weren't worth it.. .but stronger? He doubted that, he had been up against man and monster, beast and burden, he had stood against hordes and lived to see them fall. His history told him he could not lose but were he to try it it would be a foolish move, he had to wait and strike at the opportune moment to ensure his rise to the throne. For now he would set his sites on molding his kingdom to his own vision, so he nodded and let that matter drop. He looked to her "Were I to create a desert of the land would you be there to assist me. A kingdom of sand." He planned to do it now that the thought had come to him, but were he to enlist some help it would come all the faster.

Elysia tilted her head slightly, regarding his question. "a land full of sssssand" she repeated softly, almost to herself. She'd have closed her eyes and sank back into herself, if she had eyes to close. "I would like a land full of ssssand" she said to Dark Prince. "You can do that?" she asked, her tails flicking. "Would i still be able to see my father?" she was closest to her dad, her mother and brother were slightly estranged.

He smirked full of confidence and pride "of course I can, and through the very best of devices... destruction. We need only to clear the land of its greenery and allow the sun to beat down on the earth, the land with dry crack and turn to dust, then will the sand come and claim it all." He said it in a very calm and mater of fact way but there was an edge of excitement in his voice, at the very least it would give him something to do

A grin spread over her skinless maw. That sounded like a grand idea. "Destroy away my prince" she said with an excited growl. A land of sand. It was like...having her own personal Egypt. And surrounded by all that sand, she would be surrounded by so much power. If only she could lure that wizard over. Oh wouldnt that be grand.

Her tails swayed excitedly, she shifted her weight restlessly.

Let us then scour the land and find the best tactical location in which to begin or creation *he smirked pleased to see how the thought stirred her. He turned and with his trained eye studied the lay of the land where one could get cornered, gain the high ground, etc. Only the best would due for surely the destruction would bring about those who would seek to keep that which keeps them weak. Once they held a strong foot hold there they could expand their reign. While he walked he thought about her control of the sand... aside from moving it what else could she do?*
How many types of sand are you familiar with? By that I mean... how many naturally existing way for sand to kill are you familiar with? *The desert had many ways of taking lives and many ways of warning you what it can do, he knew them all and if she could create them while the desert was still young and not naturally prone to such things they could hold an even greater advantage, one no soft forest dweller could dare dream of passing!*

Elysia nodded and turned her head towards the lush forest. She concentrated, and sunk within herself. Her paws spread out, sinking into the sand, she continued to sink until she was about knee deep in the sand, she stopped and sent out an electrical current towards the woods. It wasnt powerful enough to set anything aflame, and looked like a rather weak attack, but it wasnt an attack. When the current reached an obstical, it changed, and she sensed the change. It was a different method of sonar. She was searching out a vantage point, anything to aid in their cause. She felt something along the lines of what he was searching for, and padded towards it.

"Sand can kill in countless waysssssss" she said with a flick of her tails "On its own with nature, with someone controlling it, the possibilities are endless" she said with a burst of laughter.

He gave a wicked smirk, she was going to be quite an ally, just so long as he could keep her believing he was doing this for the both of them rather than for the power... after all women had their uses but weren't fit to rule that was to be left to him and him alone. When she started to head off on a course that was directed rather than a searching pattern he followed her. She knew the lands better than he did. He wanted to question her more about her abilities with sand, could she command the sand without seeing it, how close did she have to be to the sand to control it, could she leave it orders and have the sand execute the orders hours and days later... or sustain an order for that long? Would she have to stay in the area for the sand to carry out command given... how exactly did it work? This information was important to his plan but now didn't seem the time to ask so instead he said "You know a place?"

Elysia, would have torn a strip of him and sold it on ebay, if she knew what lurked behind his motives. Thankfully, for the both of them, she didnt know. After a few moments of traveling through annoying brush, she led him to a place that would be ideal. It had vantage points, it had places to trap others, it had a couples secret passageways along the rocky face. It would be an ideal place to start a kingdom. If, only there wernt so many damn tree's around. She growled low in her throat, and shook her muscled neck and shoulders, like an impatient lion would. "Oncccce the tree's are removed, will thisssss do?" she asked without facing him. "I can alwaysss keep searching" she said with an offhanded shrug. Right now, this was just something to do, to keep her mind occupied, and her body working.
