A bangungot means nightmare in Tagalog, but it also can be Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome. I didn't die, as you see since I am making this topic right now, but I had a nightmare.
A bangungot can also be described as being pressed by a ghost, since you can't move, and feel like you're being pressed down.

My bangungot:
In my dream, I was asleep. I know, weird, but then I woke up. Then I looked at the mirror, and saw a body hovering above me. It was staring down at me, and it had black eyes, and oozing out of it was this black sticky liquid. Then it looked to the mirror and it has pale skin, it's mouth was agape, and it looked like a black, empty hole. I screamed and woke up. I never felt so scared in my life... It felt so real.
