((PRP for my Zillzee and Lady's/Infin's Sayena, RPed by Infin here.))  The black and purple mare strolled casually by a lake, waiting for something to happen. Her surroundings were gorgeous and all, but even she got bored admiring them after a while.
Flicking her tail to swat away some mosquitoes, she stared down at the water, and at her reflection. Zillzee reached down to drink some of it, but deciding that lake water was not for her, decided to wander somewhere else.

Sayena walked through the grass happily, care-free and full of spirit. When her eyes met the lake she didn't have to think twice before dashing to it, jumping in, and making a huge splash. Wading to where her hooves touched the ground again she stood there, happily enjoying the cool water. From time to time she'd lift her legs because she was sinking into the mud.
Suddenly something purple and black caught her eye. Her short tail swished through the water happily once she recognized it as another mare. Quickly she got out of the water and shook herself off before running to the other. "Haaiiii~!"

A splash and a rain of droplets from the lake caused Zillzee to whirl around again. She spotted a pink mare having a fun time in the water, and smacked herself mentally for not thinking of that.
Vowing to make up for it, she trotted over back to the edge, even though the newcomer had already pulled herself out. Zillzee tried to examine her more closer, to see if there was any leeches on her and stuff.
"Hello~~~ What's your name? I'm Zillzee!" The said horse exclaimed happily.

"I'mSayena,nicetomeetyou!You'reaprettymarewouldyouliketocomeandplayinthewaterwithme?" She spoke quickly by default as her tail whipped around gleefully. She lifted up one of her legs to show there were no leeches and just mud. She smiled at the other, (though already smiling since she's always smiling), glad to have made a new friend. And sadly yes, after exchanging only a few words Sayena does consider most others her friend. We can have so much! She could hardly keep still, she was almost jogging in place.

Zillzee backed away, thinking that Sayena, if she caught that name correctly, was going to kick her when she held up her leg. But seeing that it was really only a gesture of friendiless, she stepped closer again and gave her a smile.
"Well, yeah, cause I saw you, playing in the water, and I totally forgot that the lake can be for playing too! I was standing around here for a long while, bored out of my skull, and missing that point completely!" She replied back, acting as ditzy as she usually is around new friends. "Except I might get my bracelets and stuff wet, but that doesn't matter!"

"Yaay~!" She squee'd in joy, flicking her tail once more before hopping back into the cool lake, giggling as she swirled around like a washing machine. The clumps of mud that clung to her hooves eventually were washed off and her short pink fur became matted down again, heavy as it soaked up water. She was about to swim to a more shallow end but she shivered as the water quickly evaporated off and she went back to where she was, more comfortable despite being up to her neck in water.

Zillzee pranced in after Sayena, splashing water everywhere and getting her fur wet. Her mane swirled around in the lake, meaning that it's going to be icky when she comes out but she didn't care. That was just a little setback for a bunch of fun!
She swam over to the mare, awkwardly because she never been this far in the lake. She tried to peer through the water, to see if there was anything deep inside, but she couldn't see anything. Then she dunked her head inside to check out the depths that way, and that just got water in her eyes.
"Ehh!" Zillzee cried out and shook her head, trying to get the droplets out. Her eyes started to itch, and she couldn't scratch it without a human.

Sayena giggled, "need any help there?" She cocked her head to one side, what was wrong anyways? She looked around her, not realizing how far she was either. Squealing a bit she quickly swam over to the other to a less deeper area. A friend had told her once that muscle sinks while fat floats and then they had told her she was neither. She was kicking and flailing her legs to try and stay afloat even though she didn't really need to earlier. But none the less she continued her giggling.

"No, I just got water in my eyes. And they itch." Zillzee was a little embarrassed by admitting it, but it looked like Sayena didn't care much or anything.
"Do you think there's any treasure or sea monsters deep in the lake, where the sun doesn't shine though?" Her voice was sorta spooky and mysterious at the thought. She heard of horses that lived in the water, though she hasn't seen one yet, and she wondered if there was one here.
She didn't noticed that the other mare was having trouble staying afloat until a bit later. Zillzee swam over and tried to help her out.
"You're heavy." She grunted.

Sayena blinked, didn't water come out of eyes though when they itched or hurt? Oh well, there will always be something that she won't understand. She tilted her head to the other side as she started speaking in a spooky tone, completely missing the point of it. "Ehh?" Treasure and sea monsters? She shook her head, "nuuuu, this is a lake! Not sea! And why you speak so funny...?" She nodded, before shaking her head, "and I'm not heavy! Otherwise I would be sinking." She spun around to show that she was surely not sinking if she was at the surface of the water.

"Well... It doesn't have to be a sea monster! It could be a lake monster, with big fangs and stuff!" She snorted as she backed away from Sayena. She was indeed floating, so Zillzee didn't have to support her or anything, and for which she was glad.
"And even there wasn't any monsters or treasure, it would still be fun to check out the bottom, like a fish!" She flicked her hoof at a school swimming nearby, which swam away promptly. "I like fish, don't you like fish? Some things eat fish, which I don't understand, since they don't look very edible! But they're pretty!"

"Lake mon-ster?" She tilted her head to the side slightly... cool! She grinned, maybe the lake monster might want to play with them? She wiggled at the thought happily, she'd sure have a story to share after that~!
Sayena nodded vigorously, agreeing with everything she had said. "It would be fun! Like an adventure!" She watched the fish was child-like eyes, "I love fishies~! And... I dunno, maybe they're nummy...?" She looked at them, Zillzee was right though, they didn't look eat-able or delicious.

"I love adventures and fun!" Zillzee exclaimed and splashed around. She got her mane and Sayena even more wet, but they were in a lake and that didn't matter.
"Except we can't swim that far down into the lake, so unless the monsters come up by themselves, we can't see them... I think..." She didn't want to sound discouraging but that was the generally jist of things, whether she liked it or not.
"How fast can you swim?" The mare asked, tilting her head.

"Me too~!" Sayena nodded her head vigorously. In her book, anyone who didn't like adventure and fun was not in her book... apparently. She laughed as Zillzee splashed around, spattering the water quite a bit herself. Sayena pouted slightly as Zillzee mentioned the downside. "Hmmmm..." Well, this was quite the pickle. Oh well though, they'll wait and see.~
"I dunno.~ Ummm... lightning speed~!?" Sayena responded to the question, still with a smile on her face as always. She has only swam for fun, never really testing her ability. "What about you~?" she kicked around her legs a bit, swimming fast must be hard... Fishies made it look so easy~!

Zillzee stuck her tongue out at Sayena's response, knowing that horses can't even run at lightning speed, much less swim. Unless the pink mare had a super secret power like that. It would be cool.
"Well, I'm not the best swimmer but at least I know how to!" She said. "I live by the lake so I kinda have to and everything!"
She was getting off track. The reason she asked that question was because... well... she was bored and...
"You wanna have a swimming race?" Zillzee asked with a big grin.
