here is a fog i created to be used instead of the default weather rain as it looks more heavy and well suited for a storm.
(It works best with these settings
Opacity = 50-70
blending = Normal
zoom = 200-160 (the smaller the smaller the drops are)
sx = -30 to -50 possibly up to -70
sy = 30 to 50 possibly up to 70)
