I used to play alot last fall. I havent played since maybe...January? My character was a final fantasy/dnd crossover using thing guide my DM found online. I basically was like Lulu from FFX but I could summon all the typical aeons Yuna did. SOO...I was a Red mage and I was Japanese (but I knew like 5 languages...including ebonix...I got dared to roll for it.) I dont remember the name of the monster but its the weird zombie skelator lookin thing...or the mermaids. My weapon was a carbunckle.....but I was workin my way up to the onion night....they were my familiars. XD

Dwarf.... any kind of class... dwarves just rule. Though if you want specifics, Dwarven cleric. My favourite monster is probably the Kobold. Its like the yin to the yang of the orcs.

I have an odd obsession with Gnomes... and Bards.
I love bards.
They were so cool.
Exspecially when you got the Libris Mortus and you could do the prestigue class as a dirge singers.
By the way. Skin Kytes are ******** up. But I love them.

Meh. I never played the game, but I know about it. I am currently working on a game like it. I'm calling it Destiny Quest. There is a squad of 3. Mage, Warrior, and Ranger. Each of these can branch off into another thing. Warrior into Knight Mage into Necromancer Ranger into Ninja. So yeah. It's gonna be interesating.

How does an evil warrior become a knight? How does a good mage become a necromancer and How does a ranger, an inherently law abiding class become a ninja?

You are still thinking inside the box. If you get your mind out of the box things open up doors that lead to doors that lead to doors. It's sorta like the 8 fold path of truth like that budha guy saw.

No. No No No No NO!
Your system is flawed. If any class was to become a Ninja it would be a rogue. Rangers dont sneak around. They have to face their opponent or at least have a clear shot. A ranger class also tends to play closer to the conflict and wield one or two lite weapons because they do fight close up in melee combat. And the fact that you have a progression system like that is retarded. There is no space for character development if they have to follow a set path. A mage is a nothing like necromancer. You could have at least chosen a frigging Warlock.
warrior into a knight? That's practically the same thing. The only difference is the title. You could at least tried to use a paladin but even then you couldn't do that because Paladins are like holy night and fight for deities.
Your game is nothing like DnD
*points* Fail!

*points* Fail! Dude all D&D is really just rolling dice to a storyline and in battle so technically it doesn"t really ******** matter what goes into what
