This is where the matches go, OFFICIALLY.
Matches are set up by officals. BOTH Parties prtcipating in the Battle must agree and understand the terms f agreement of both the RULES and the match being set up. You can't challenge someone and expect them to take it. If you set up a match with an officical you need to waituntil it is posted here before you start. This only makes think more organized for us to do this right.
