DJsez:Hi.
I know Rules and Regs are boring.. but.. yea.
heres something about them first:
Well, think about it. when playing guitar, you CAN go wild, but it won't sound good. Thats why there are rules about playing, and the same goes with skating and BMX.. You cant do ballet on a skateboard, and you cant pedal with your nose on a BMX!
So, Thank Rules and Regs, otherwise we'd all have no cool hobbies!!!
Okay, here are the rules and regs:
We're all in the same culture here. Do'nt seperate groups please. (e.g Skaters come here, or Goths Come here)
Swear all you want, lol
roleplay all you want
keep it p-13
make any thread you want, except the seperate groups.

DJsez:Blood is under 13, and you dont have to be rude, raven (dont target noobs only) but yes, no cybering.

DJsez:Im taking care of the banner, and also, as for the art, You start that, but please format it into a center aligned, red and black color scheme. and rather make it a shop, more than a contest. ill make a forum for contests, ok?
