That's so great!

I especially like the way the sides were done. Very groovy having the two different colours.

Maybe if I were doing a similar project, I would leave the ribbing around the neck of the t-shirts on to hold the shape, or use bias binding on the edges. But that's just for my style smile

I think it's great that you made a hood from the remaining T-shirt material and of course, green is perfect for a Zelda tee!

I haven't reconstructed any clothes before, but there is one top that I made that I want to cut down the middle to add more fabric and a zip (because I made it too small for me). I am such a noob biggrin

Most of my wardrobe is made of re constructed tee-shirts (skirts, wrist bands, re-made shirts, dresses) that I just didn't have the heart to throw out XD I usually cut off the neckbands on mine because I don't like the feeling of it around my neck, but you could take the neck of black tee and sew it back on therel; it's like bias tape, just take it off at the seams and fold it back over the raw edge and sew ^_^

You'd like a book called 'Generation T', it's got over 100 ways to reconstruct tees from making new shirts to purses to rag rugs (seriously, a rug).

Cool, I never thought to do something like this. I know of people using t-shirts for pretty much everything but this is the first time I've seen two shirts combined so well that it looks natural
