Lucifer looked at himself in the water... how shameful to say he had met Stallions he had fallen in love with.... his father was coming to visit, and he planned to tell him his most dark secret and somehow he thought it wasn't going to go right, his father would over react and the possibility for him getting disowned was high...
Marie was standing, tweeking her hair and looking good, she knew Kiun was coming to visit, and she needed to look good for him, as him for her aswell.
She looked to her son, who was looking over himself in the water, she had noted changes in himself.... he was quieter and shy, as opposed to how he was slowly changing into a man.... but something didn't seem right about today, her maternal instincts told her so.

Kiun glided high in the clouds, he had made plans to visit his son and Marie today, but had become sidetracked by a particularly delicious looking apple tree. He had bitten off as many apples as would fit in the bag, and labored to carry it, lopsided, but still flying. He alighted down in the clearing of Marie's twolegger's teepee, and folded in his wings. He set the bag of apples down by the fire, and called out, "Marie, Lucifer!"

Marie grinned and looked through the small hole in the teepee. "Lucifer, your father is here..." She said softly at her son, and then exited the teepee grinning. "Kiun!" She galloped to him and nuzzled his shoulder as hard as she could. "It feels great to see your.... how is katrina, we must talk about everything my love." She settled herself by a cedar tree and gazed at the apples, the two legger would cut those up in perfect pieces for her, so she wouldn't ruin her coat later.
Lucifer gulped and fished his tail, and slowly made his way out, the swing in his hips much similar to his mothers, if only in a manlier way he bowed his head to his father. "Hey dad..." he said softly and looked to his mother sadly, he would say what he needed to say after they had there time together, for now, he would wait.

Kiun nuzzled Marie back fiercly, he hadn't seen her in a couple of days. He murmured softly, "You look wonderful, no one would guess our kidlets are all grown up, and you just had them." He smiled, and burried his nose in her mane, inhaling the sweet scent of lavender. He heard Lucifer back away, and asked in a whisper, "How is Lucifer? He seems, a little out of it." He frowned, and paled, "I don't have to give him a stallion to stallion talk, do I?" He visibly whitened at the thought.

Marie nudged him. "Sit, your about to learn somethingwhich every father dreads my dear... I know, but only in secret. Lucifer is not like you and me in a specific way, allow him to discuss it and don't push your only son away, please do not." She said as tears began to stream. She looked to lucifer, who was looking at her in his own tears and began walking towards them.
"Father,Mother... do not be sad..." He said softly. "However, i must say something..." He looked to his father, and then to his crying mother. And lifted his head in a proud manner, he was ready incase his father kicked him in the jaw, but as the same time.... he knew he deserved it, afterall, in the eyes of many being homosexual was a death penalty.

Kiun's eyes widened, and he visibly drew away from Marie and Lucifer. His wings were quivering and tightly folded in. He stood up, and asked in a soft voice, "What is it." He didn't look directly at his son, but past his shoulder. They could get through this as a family, they would, no matter what it was.

Lucifer looked down. "Daddy,..." He looked up proudly for only a moment before fear overcame him. "I'm gay."

Kiun had braced himself for what was to come, and looked at his son, very confused, and he said, "That's all?" He had been thinking of something much more serious, like murdur, or or something just as bad as that.

Marie stared slightly at her mate, she thought she knew him well enough for him to be in shock.... even disappointed, but apparently... not.
Lucifer grinned. "really, daddy?" HE wanted to nuzzle his dad right there and then, but decided against it. "I-i..." He sighed. "I didn't think you'd accept me daddy, in fact, I thought you'd shun me." he looked downwards slightly, looking around at the ground.

Kiun grinned shakily, and said, "I'll admit its got me a little shocked, but you can't fight who you are." His grin became a little more solid, and he added with a twinkle in his eyes, "And now you and Katrina will be in competition to bring home the handsomest stallions you can." He rested his muzzle on his sons forhead, sighing deeply.

Marie grinned and walked up to her mate and son, nuzzling them both. "Naturally, however... that contest is already won, my dear. I snagged the best of them all." She grinned and looked to Lucifer, who seemed in shock still.
Lucifer stared at his mom. "MOM!" He giggled at his father's comment, it was more then likely true. "Soooo.... Daddy, when are you guys planning more children?! " He laughed and galloped away into the teepee, playfully hiding from his parents.
Marie choked slightly on her spit as he ran away.
