My first post and I wasn't sure which thread to put it under so I just chose here because it seemed to be the most active. Anyway, I am joining the service next week and I thought I had it all sorted out for the Army NG when along comes my sister and makes me question myself. She brought up the Air NG and I'm speaking to one of their recruiters Monday so now I'm wondering what everyone else thinks. Do you prefer the Air NG or the Army NG? Or if you are part of one the two, why do you like/hate it? Would you have preferred joining the other?

Nah, just kidding. Just go with whichever you want. You have to make the decision based on what's right for you.

I decided on Army National Guard. I get sworn in Wednesday. whee I'm so excited. *bounces up and down* I'm going to be a 68W.

Thankies. ^^ Though I'm not 100% sure what that is. xp I haven't actually figured everything out just yet... but I'm sure I will. ^^
Edit: Yea, I looked at my papers and I am in BSB. ^.^

ive been an infantryman in the national guard for 4 years now and its got its ups and downs the thing i like most is being home with the woman and kids and we know up to a year before being deployed so i can square things away before the date plus if your looking to go to college its a great choice they pay for everything plus pay you
