the police chief of Flint Michigan has made it a crime to wear low rider pants which expose your buttocks unnecessarily.
which gives new meaning to the phrase, "throw your butt in jail"

On the plus side, though, people who commit other crimes wearing those pants are easier to catch if they try to run away. I can't imagine running is easy in those things. wink
|

for seven years i lived in the inner city and it was comical to watch some would-be purse snatcher grabbing his fifties with one hand and a lady's bag with the other
