[08.07.08] SNSD rises as the Choice of Excellence in CF World
Girl group SNSD has become the choice of excellence for the CF world.
SNSD has recently become the exclusive models for the famous online game company Nexon, which produced games like "Kart Rider" and "Maple Story." As the new faces of the Nexon games, SNSD will be active in their game CFs, game music videos and other advertising activities.
SNSD has been the spokesperson for chicken, school uniforms, cell phones, beverages, and now even online games. Just as the title suggests, SNSD has become the queen of the CF world. Moreover, there is Yoona who is enthusiastically in the middle of the daily drama "You Are My Destiny" and Tiffany, who has had her own individual CF activities and is currently receiving alot of love from male fans.
More than anything, it is evident that SNSD is to be seen in another light than other general girl groups. Girl groups usually participate in CFs in the midst of their rising popularity, but SNSD, who is currently in the middle of a break right now, have solidified their place as the steady-seller models.
Additionally, SNSD will participate in the "SM TOWN Live 08" concert that will take place in the Seoul Jamsil Stadium on August 15th.

넥슨(대표 권준모)은 '넥슨, 소녀시대를 만나다'라는 테마로 기자발표회를 열고, 소녀시대를 모델로 한 세부 프로모션 내용을 발표했다. 소녀시대 티파니의 오프닝 동영상을 시작으로 열린 이번 기자간담회는 2부 순서에서 소녀시대와의 공동 프로모션 내용이 공개되었다.
Nexon (Kwon Jun Mo) has shown "Nexon Meets with SNSD" and with that given theme, they did the press conference, and with SNSD modeling, they explained the promotion and the reason to it. With press conference opening with SNSD's Tiffany opening video, they also explained merge promotions with SNSD and Nexon and explained the promotion details.

On the 16th, SNSD attended the press conference which was themed as "Nexon Meets SNSD" at the Hyatt Hotel in Seoul.
SNSD said, "All of us really like playing games, so we're very happy to be Nexon's model." They also shared stories from when they shot CFs and music videos for Mabinogi and Maple Story.
The event was split into 2 parts. In the first half, the details to Mabinogi Chapter 3: "The Alchemist" were released, and in the second half, the new Maple Story CFs starring SNSD as Maple Girl, the behind-the-scenes film of Tiffany's MaBiNoGi music video, and the MaBiNoGi theme song, called Mabinogi - It's Fantastic!, sung by SNSD, were all released for the first time.
Nexon's CEO, Jayong Min, said "We chose SNSD as our model because their bubbly and friendly image suited well with our games including Maple Story and Mabinogi. We plan on attracting a lot of gamers by the end of the year with major promotions with SNSD."
SNSD's CF of Maple Story has been airing on cable television since July 19th, and they plan on releasing sequels to their current CF; Tiffany's Mabinogi music video will be officially released on August 1st.

On the 16th, Nexon held a press conference with the theme as "Nexon Meets SNSD" at the Hyatt Hotel in Seoul, and released the details on their promotion plans with SNSD as their models.
At the press conference, all 9 members shared their thoughts on being chosen as the main models for Nexon, and they also told little stories from when they shot CFs and music videos.
Taeyeon explained, "I like Nexon games. My little sister is a huge fan of Nexon, so I'm pretty familiar with the company and their games. I'm honored to be chosen as their model."
Sooyoung said, "I really feel like a game character wearing these costumes and props. I feel like beams and lasers will start shooting from these weapons any minute," and Yoona added, "It was a great experience because everyone dreams of becoming a game character from time to time.
