when Resident Evil first came out it had Brain Eating zombies
now its starting to have the smart thinking zombies

so do you like the direction Resident Evil is going to?
did you wish they go back to the new type zombies?

for those who don't know
old school zombies were dead but are a little smarts and didn't really want meat or brains and had a master (a voodoo guy or something)

the new type zombies were dumb and just want meat/human brains

also talk about anything about resident evil
like comparing the movies to the games or something....

The movie was awsome!... but they should've kept it along the story line as the game. I liked the original (first 3 ) Resident Evil games. After that, they screwed everything up. Like changing the zombies to an alien organism or making them extremely fast and smart. they took away from the puzzles that made you USE your brain, and turned it into a third and first person shooter!

If they have a master, chances are they don't have a mind of their own, and therefore, technically, aren't undead, just Dead, mindless walking corpses following the orders of a Necromancer, Vampire, etc. The flesh-eating zombies, who don't necessarily have a master, are undead, just the lowest form of them. These can be controlled by a Necromancer but can also move around on their own.

The enemies in RE4 are not undead nor are the zombies. They are parasite infested people, called "ganados," which is spanish for enlightened. The "Ganados" are the followers of a cult called the Los Illuminados. The parasite was called Las Plagas, or The Plague.

The Zombies In RE0-3 are genetic zombies, aka created from a virus. There was 2 different stains that I know of, the T virus and the G virus.

I hve no idea what they are planning for RE5, but mixing Las plagas with the G and T viruses would be buck nasty.

No, Ganados mean Livestock. Los Illuminados means The Enlightened. Also, Los Illuminados seems to be the Spanish version of the Italian organization, Illuminati.
