this are the housing and neighborhoods that surround the Kazekages office building where the citizens and Ninjas live among the sands.

Kaoru wandered into this section of Sunagakure, making sure to keep his collar pulled tight around his neck, he craned his neck taking in the sights of the place as he walked around.
"Hmmm. Where too next." he wondered as he headed out of this area after memorizing the place.
