A new chapter just came out yesterday so I am now up to chapter 409.
As for the anime I don't know where I left off on it so I watch episodes every so often.

Umm....I'm not sure what chapter i'm on...the numbers change all the time. I'm somewere in the filler episodes. There realy is no specific number.
