Well, for me it honestly depends on the gun type.

Assault Rifles:
Bandolier
Stopping Power (Double Tap on M16)
Dead Silence

SMGs:
Bandolier
Double Tap
Steady Aim

Shotgun:
No 1st perk, use a grip.
Sleight of Hand
Dead Silence

Sniper Rifle:
Bandolier
Stopping Power
Steady Aim.

Assault

3.Deep Impact

Medi (SMG Joke I'm using from Warrock)

Heavy (LMG This class only works well with the SAW)

I can kill someone on the ground from a 2nd story building in 1 hit.

3.EC/DI I should try no scoping some time though.

Can DT really increase the firing speed of something thats semi-auto?
I love putting it on if it means I can drop someone 30ft away.

Unfortunately... But the insta-drop makes it so the slow firing speed doesn't matter.

dude all those are what i use, except on smg i use frag x3. and the steady aim thing, you know that that only works for when you're no scoping, the little white crosshairs right XD hip fire accuracy is insanely inaccurate on snipers, so steady aim is better for anything but a sniper rifle XD

assault/smg/lmg: fragx3/stopping power/martyrdom
m60e4: same but with double tap instead of stopping power
shotgun (i only use on shipment): grip/haven't figured it out yet/martyrdom
sniper: claymore, stopping power, iron lungs

Bomb Squad

Nothing beats getting behind enemy lines and slowly drop them one by one with a silenced weapon or knife =3
