The heretic is always better dead... Saint Jimmy by Green Day blares across the arena...
St. Joey's coming down across the alleyway...
Up on the boulevard like a zip gun on parade...
Lights on the silhouette...
He's insubordinate...
Coming at you on the count of One, Two...
One, Two, Three, Four!
A single pyro goes off, leaving a shower of sparks over the entrance. Saint Joey leaps onto the ramp after a short run up, as the crowd roar!
He lifts his arm, pointing upwards as he stands triumphantly on the stage. Wearing a GWWF T-Shirt, he recieved a few boos from supporters of PAW in the Gaia X Cup. This didn't phase him, though, and he continued down to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope.
He climbed the far turnbuckle, lifting his arm high above his head. He then jumped down, backing to the centre of the ring, where he waited for the opponent. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

((Oh s**t I didn't even know we had a new cycle up. xd my bad.)) All I can say is that my life is pretty plain

But it's not sane, It's not sane The song No Rain by Blind Melon kicks in as Jacq walked onto the stage for a huge pop from the crowd. Varios multi colored spotlights danced around the stage. Jacq paused for a moment to let the various camera flashes from the crowd illuminate him, and accent his butterfly wings and newly aquired Alumni Championship Belt that he wore proudly around his waist. Jacq then took off in a sprint to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope and jumping to his feet. He unstrapped his belt and hopped on the nearest turnbuckle and held it high to the crowd showing it off. He hopped off the turnbuckle and handed the ref his belt, and stretched out using the ropes. As the bell tolled Jacq approached the center of the ring to meet his opponent.

The heretic is always better dead... Joey moved to the ring centre along with Jacq. He had gained quite the winning streak over the past few cycles, and a win against the champion was sure to impress management.
However, despite his want to win, he offered a handshake to Jacq as the bell rang (because being rude isn't cool). ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

((What a win it would be. Jacq has yet to be pinned or made to submit in PAW. xd Granted all my opponents were inactive... It still counts! gonk ))
Jacq, who viewed himself as everybody's friend eagerly accepted Joey's handshake.

Joey moved back after the handshake. He circled slightly, and then moved in to offer a lock-up to his opponent. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

Jacq accepted the lock up, and attempted to take Joey to the mat with an arm drag take-down into a crowbar arm-lock.

The heretic is always better dead... Joey was taken to the ground, and caught with the armlock. Having an injured arm within the first few seconds of the match was not on Joey's to-do list, so he tried to roll out of it and plant his feet back on the ground. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

Jacq knew the arm-lock wouldn't be enough to hold Joey. He meerly wanted to wear him down. So he wasn't surprised when Joey, planted his feet on the ground and broke the hold.
Jacq attempted to jump at Joey and tackle him back down onto the mat. Not wanting to let him keep his vertical base.

The heretic is always better dead... Joey was taken down to the mat by the agressive Jacq, landing on his back. He seized up into a guarded position on the ground, preparing for any strikes Jacq may send his way. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

Jacq repeatedly nailed Joey in the ribs with his knees. Soon after, Jacq sprang to his feet, hit the ropes, and came back looking to baseball slide into Joey. Once more targeting his ribs.

Joey got up to the apron and got back inside the ring. Having had a few seconds to rest, he went for a running clothesline on Jacq. ... And mortal eyes cannot distinguish the saint from the heretic.

The clothsline connected, Taking Jacq off his feet and putting him back on the ground.
