Keisha stepped back again, her maw pointed down, blinking up at him through her hair and lashes. She moved to behind a tree, though her glow obviously revealed her.

Kamui tilted his head again, not quite sure what to make of the very shy female. But he took another cautious step forward. He wouldn't tell her that she was bad at hiding, so instead he stepped to where he could see her behind the tree, walking in a wide circle until he sat back on his haunches nervously.

She gasped slightly when she saw him, then scooted back, hiding again behind the tree. Though this time she peeked around it, before ducking back again. "W-who are you?"

Kamui's head dropped, for fear of looking too fearsome, and he then turned it into a bow to the lady, looking at the ground in front of her when he offered his response, "I'm Kamui, M'Lady. And I'd be honored if you graced me with your name as well." Of the few lessons he got growing up, manners was one of them. Kamui subconciously scooted back, and wondered how he must look, glowing and horned, to another - especially a female as shy as this one.

"K-Kamui." She peeked out again, her hair covering most of her face. "I'm... Keisha..."

Kamui smiled gently and his tail flicked, "That's a very pretty name. Keisha, if I may ask, what is someone like you doing in such a dangerous wood like this before dark?" He wanted to say "Someone as delicate as you" but she must not think that, otherwise she would be in firm cover. His head tilted forward, waiting for an answer.

She doesn't move, just peering at him through her golden, liquid like hair. She frowns sadly. "..The things out there are much more dangerous than the ones in these woods, Kamui..."

He didn't grasp her message, but from her expression, and meerly the look in her eyes, he seemed to believe she knew what she was talking about. His ear flicked, and he decided it best not to follow the subject. "Well, at least it seems that I've found a somewhat safe refuge....." He said, trying small talk, yet it was hushed and almost to himself.

"Is it really safe here?" She moves slightly out from behind the tree, just slightly. She glances over at the little cove.

Kamui spoke, "Well, it has thick trees and bushes around the clearing, soft grass and moss to rest on." He said, smiling and standing to walk around it, as thought leading a tour "And it only has a small entrance, so not much could fit through and it could be watched, and nothing can sneak up!" He said, looking over his shoulder and smiling at her proudly.

Kamui's ears flattened on his head as he cast his blank eyes to the ground. His brow was furrowed, almost with concern, but he wasn't sure if it was for her safety after leaving the hollow, or because he didn't want to be alone again. The latter was strange, because many nights he had slept alone and it had not phased him, but now Kamui's tail twitched in agitation of not knowing what he wanted.

The goddess eyed him wearily for a moment, stepping back once again. "Are... you alright... Kamui..?" She still frowned slightly, her eyes sad.

His ears picked up before his eyes did, and Kamui looked at her again. "Oh! I'm sorry, I-I don't know what came over me....." He said, almost stalling before the moment her glow would leave the hollow, and his mind groped for something else to do or say.

She just stared at him, unsure whether to run away right there and then, or to linger... Something seemed wrong with the stage ulaya. "Are... you.. okay...? You're not hurt are you..?"

Kamui just slowly shook his head. "No, I'm not injured. Its just-" He wanted to ask her to stay, but he didn't want her to feel uneasy - though they probably both did - so he just looked at her dumbly.

Keisha blinked at him for a moment, almost looking worried. "Are you.. sure..?" Maybe there was something... menatally wrong with him?

Kamui was almost confused now. Perhaps something was wrong with him, and he just couldn't feel it. He sat down, as though afraid of collapsing, and he stared at the ground before him. It wasn't swirling, which was probably good, but his heart was fluttering, and he couldn't bring his eyes up to meet Keisha's again.

The golden ulaya frowned at him, then moved closer, looking more worried. "Here..." She pluked a flower from her hair with her teeth and held it out to him. It would cure any disease, mental or physical.

Kamui's nose pulled back, first startled if the act had hurt her, but he daintily took the flower from her, and quickly swallowed it down his gullet, hoping he was supposed to eat it. It had a sweet taste that flooded his senses, and his stomach felt a warmth that spread throughout his cold and icey appearance. Kamui had been staring at the ground, but when the warmth hit the tip of his nose, he looked at Keisha and smiled.
