 The pink furred kitsu stepped onward rather slowly. He was enjoying the cool night air as he made his way towards the HQ. It was a rather nice night, after all. The moon was a crescent high above his head. Air wasn't too hot, but not too cold either. A rather perfect night.
He wandered out of the house just to get out. If he met anyone by chance, well, good for him then. It was time he made some friends anyway.

 Endless was out wandering too, yet again. It seemed he was out during the night more and more often lately, sleeping when he could during the day. Which usually wasn't much, but his insomnia had been a life-long companion, quelled only for the short time he had been with Liliana. But that was not a place he wished his mind to wander right now.
It was a nice night. An almost perfect night, one might say, and he was out simply enjoying the feeling of the lovely evening and trying to keep his thoughts clear so he could do so. Suprisingly he'd been rather successful in that endeavor. So far.
The edges of his form were difficult to make out in the dim light from the sliver of moon, the purple of his neck ruff and the tips of his ears and tails, along with his softly glowing white eyes the major factors that made him recognizable as a kitsusagi and not merely a displaced patch of the starry sky above. Though the soft flashes rippling through his coat, sparked by his movements, so resembled the stars above that it was perhaps no wonder why he felt so much more at ease with the night time.
A patch of pale pink ahead of him resolved itself into a fellow kitsusagi. He didn't normally see many kitsusagi out at night; at least, not out to be active. He was used to stumbling across sleepers here and there and usually let them be. His good mood and piqued curiosity led him to pad closer to the other. "Hey there," he uttered the other male with a nod.

In comparison to Endless' etheral appearence, Bandal looked more like a love-child from a 5 year old girl's imagination and the Easter Bunny's eggs combined. His fur was mostly pastel pink in color, with only few other different colors on his paws, tails and bangs. The rainbow on his butt probably didn't help this appearence either.
The other male in the moonlight would seem like a patch of moving stars if it weren't for the solid purples on his body. Certainly white eyes made him seem like a ghostly patch of stars. From far away he could probably scare little children out of their wits if he just made some haunting kinds of noises. Aside from that, it was hardly believeable he was a Kitsu from far away.
It wasn't until he spoke that Bandal recgonized him as a Kitsu. "Hello," he answered back, "For a second there I thought you were a patch of walking stars," he grinned.

Endless waved a paw dismissively. "I only do that on Tuesdays." My my, he actually made a joke! He really was in a good mood. "What about you? Most people don't like to stay out this late. I kinda like the quiet, myself." He grinned.
He was rather glad he ran into the other. He was in the mood for some company and it was a long time since he'd bumped into another guy on one of his sojourns. How or why he seemed to attract female company he didn't know, but it seemed like he was always "that guy". Always the guy-friend, but never the boyfriend. Well... not for very long at least.
But he was trying not to think about that. It was time to try and get on with his life... and he was in too good a mood right now to even consider moping about something that was long ago said and done with. He was happy enough being friends with Lil and Ed and their children, and he had his mom and siblings back. Maybe he'd be an uncle someday. That would be fine.

He was rather cute, making that little joke. Bandal wasn't entirely sure why he was out this late, honestly. He just felt the need to get out of the house. Shrugging his shoulders, he replied, "I guess I just wanted to have a walk outside. Take a few breaths of air. How about you? What brings you out here tonight?"
Bandal never really interacted with anyone else outside of the house. Endless would be his first friend.

Endless nodded to Bandal's reply. Good a reason as any. An ear flicked at the returned question and it was Endless' turn to shrug. "Bit of cabin fever, lately, I suppose. Been out to take a walk the last few evenings. Sitting around the house too much and just wanted to get out." Very similar reasons to the other's, in fact.
Similar reasons, and they seemed to be walking in the same general direction. Why not? "Feel like some company? I'm kinda bored with walking by myself."

He understood how the other one felt. Being cooped up too long in the house tended to get boring and make one question his own sanity sometimes. It was nice to go out once in a while and meet some people, make some friends...just to socialize.
"Sure, I'll join you." The pink male slowly made her way toward the darker male. Maybe the two of them could become friends.
