Okay so I didn't really go anywhere but I have been at a festival for the past three days so my time on here as been limited due to me needing sleep. I say festival what I mean is that the county in which I live has a massive show for three days where there is animals, music, people trying to sell you things - its basically a massive get to get together.
Anyways, how is everyone?
Whats the best festival/show you have been to?

My hometown has a fair every summer. There are rides, games, parades, a large flea market, contests, live music and theme nights in town. It's mostly aimed at kids and retired people, though.
The city in which I'm living currently has tons of festivals during the summer. We have a Jazz & Blues festival, a Shakespeare Festival, a Loyalist Heritage Festival, a Buskers festival, and a Fog Festival every August. biggrin

MATE. FEED.
Every year, in August or so, we have a state fair a couple of towns over.
Everybody in the surrounding area goes to it. It's for like.... EVERYONE. Adults, kids, etc.
They've got rides, shows, stands, and sometimes a horse derby and always different concerts. Two concerts in a row each night.
It goes on for uh.... 4 or so days.
I was there the past 2 years. First time I was there, I saw Drowning Pool and Lit.
And then last year it was Evans Blue and Chevelle.
I think I've already posted something about this in the happiness thread. O.o
But well, yeah. That's basically the only festival thing we have.
But... we do have a HUGE local college and they have parties and stuff a lot.
KILL. REPEAT.

Sounds like what happens here drug. This one is for everyone there is loads to do, kids get given loads of stuff, there is a funfair (one for adults one for kids) they get kids who are in bands to perform, radio stations present from there and all that jazz. I normally end up working though, my old school used to take up animals (young farmers) and show them so I used to go up with them when i was in school which was hard work but soo much more fun.
It closes to the public at like half 5 / 6pm but it really livens up after the sun goes down, the beer tents get filled and everyone just has a party where most end up drunk and stuffs.

Yep it was a laugh. Spent like an hour with my old teacher just taking the piss, was funny. Ended up taking 2 rabbits back to my old school because ... well I don't really know why but hey.
Apart from that it was good..
