Feivel sat by the edge of the lake, watching the moonlight flicker as it reflected off the water. It was quiet. Almost too quiet...but it was peaceful. Feivel found that he could really appreciate moments like this. It didn't bother him that he had no company. The only company he had ever really enjoyed anyway had been Aurora's, and he knew he was just going to have to get over that. He stared at the still water, every now and then hovering his paw over the edge. He used his magic to move the water, causing gentle ripples to distort the moon's light, causing it to sparkle.

Though being alone was something Heve was more than used to, it got a little sickening after a while. Though, true, he did have company every once in a while, but it was either with his father, or rarely his brothers or sisters. Secretly he longed to befriend someone who didn't look like him, someone who he hadn't known all of his life. He sighed, walking out to the side of the lake, opposite to Feivel, and he flopped down, staring at the reflections of the sky on the lake, unaware of anyone near.

Feivel continued to lie in silence, however something did catch his attention. His senses picked up the presence of another namir. He looked around, squinting his eyes to see in the dark. He felt as if he wasn't alone anymore. He sniffed at the air quietly as he stood up. There was no wind, so he smelled nothing. Unfortunately his apt senses didn't apply to his sense of smell, or sense of direction. He wondered who could be around, whether it was someone safe or not. But he didn't sense any danger, and he was strangely curious. "Is someone there?" he finally called out.

Heve sighed, occasionally looking to the water, but mostly at a rock that had caught his attention. It was perfectly round and he found comfort in its lack of imperfections. He wished he was just a perfectly round rock, popular and attractive and outgoing, unlike the creepy little creeper recluse he was. Since he didn't know Feivel was there, he jumped, slightly, when he heard someone call out. Though it was to be expected, the lake usually had other namrah around it. He hesitated, wondering if he should call out back. The voice sounded male, so there was nothing to worry about...he sighed, "Uhm...yus...?" He said back, uncomfortable with having to make his voice louder than normal.

Feivel flicked his ears in the direction of the voice. It seemed to be coming from the other side of the lake. He wondered who was over there, and he was bored, so he decided it wouldn't hurt him to find out. He was trying to be more outgoing after all. The face that it was dark made him a bit more comfortable as well. Perhaps it was because he couldn't be seen as well. The brightness of his fur made him self-conscious.
Fortunately, the lake wasn't massive, so walking to the other side wouldn't take him so long. He decided to answer the voice as he made his way over there. "Hello...," he began, "I was just...wondering who was there..." He hoped he wouldn't be bothering him by coming over. He sighed. He wouldn't be surprised if he did, but if that was the case, he could always just leave.

Heve listened, hearing the footsteps of the other Namir. A good thing about never talking was that you could hear things most couldn't because they were constantly bantering about whatever the hell they pleased, people really got to him, especially when they decided to show off for some stupid girl, spewing out ridiculous lines of love, who did they think they were? Idiotic, disgusting.
He sighed, his ears twitching as the other namir spoke. He could see him, now, because of his bright fur. He was relieved, he could now see that it wasn't a female, he was hoping it wasn't a manly sounding girl. "Oh...thats no problem."

((A manly sounding girl! rofl Feivel is manly sounding! Yay!))
It was very dark, and the other namir's colors didn't help. He was dark as well. But Feivel was close enough that he could see him now. He sat down lightly beside him and looked at him for a moment. He thought he was slightly familiar.
"That's good..." he said, "I hope I'm not bothering you. You can tell me if I am..." He paused for a moment and then went on. "I'm Feivel. I think...we may have met before..."

[xD]
Heve looked Fievel over, also thinking he was familiar. His tail swished around slowly, "Fievel? Yeah...we have..." He said, "I'm Heve? Remember?" He thought for a moment, "We talked a little bit, a few weeks ago."
[bleh, crap reply.]

Feivel felt relieved that he remembered him. Introductions were weird, and being past them was a good thing. Feivel chuckled a little bit, feeling more at ease now. "Yeah, of course I remember you Heve. How are you doing?"

He smiled, laughing along. "Oh...I'm okay, I guess." He said, thinking of something creative, "Well, up to my usual no good shenanigans and what not." He was relieved, it was easy to get along with males, especially ones you've already talked to.

Feivel nodded his head. "Well, okay is good, I think." He chuckled some more and then looked at him curiously. "No good shenanigans huh? What kind of shenanigans?"

"Yeah...I guess it is." Heve thought for a minute, before flopping his ears back and making a face of disdain. "Nothing, actually...I don't really do anything."

"Oh..." Feivel said, just a hint of disappointment in his tone. But he didn't really ever do anything either...except for magic. It was how he passed his time, he really liked it a lot. Then he wondered something... "Hey...do you like magic?"

Heve's ears perked up, and he thought, "I suppose so," He murmured, thinking of the glows that floated around his mother, "Yeah, I guess magic is neat."

Feivel smiled and held up one of his paws. In just a few seconds he was holding a glowing ball in his paw. He made the ball float and hover towards Heve. It stood out beautifully in the dark light, and illuminated things to where they could see each other much more clearly.
