Critiques/Critisms? I know there are some major faults like the left hand, but I'm working on fixing the piece up.

I don't believe it's against the ToS, no. Sure, we can see a n****e, but even that's allowed in Picture Post (with a warning). However, since this is a guild, you don't need to warn us.

I don't think the way she's bent makes a whole lot of sense.

whew, that takes a weight off my shoulders.

The way she's bent is supposed to be overdramatic, I know it's almost impossible for anyone to actually accomplish the pose. XD

I think I'd appreciate this drawing a bit more if she had a more feminine face. The nose, forehead and chin kind of take away from the... I dunno. I'd just like to see a more feminine face. >_>;
