Type of Ability: The ability to naturally release Chakra into weapons/ hands/ other. Naturally with Elements: Fire, Lightning, and Poison. The Control of it is limited to the Stage 3 users, it happens naturally for all below, they have no control over turning it off of not, it just enhances the Weapon.

Kekkai Genkai Stages:
Stage 1 Description: Naturally occurring, no control, Sharpening/enhancing of the weapon/ when near the Stage 2 gains the ability to poison the weapon with Chakra. (Takes 10% Chakra to use frequently)
Stage 2 Description: Gains the Ability to enhance weapon with flame/ electricity. (Takes 20% of chakra to use frequently.)
Stage 3 Description: Gains full control over ability and is able to enhance by choice. Also allows less Chakra to seep inside the weapon.(25% Chakra)
Clan Jutsu:
Spiraling Lightning: A Spiraling Ball of electricity is formed in the hand. When trusted into the opponent it leaves burns and possible paralyzes the opponent.(20% Chakra to use for Stage 2, 15% for Stage3).
Spiraling Fire: A Ball of spiraling flames is formed in the hand. When Trussed into Opponent it laves behind sever burns on both opponent and users hand. (20% Chakra to use for Stage 2, 15% for Stage3).
Poison Fist: When user is left with no weapons they can turn to Taijutsu, with the poison fist they can excrete the poisonous chakra into hands, feet, ect. The Poison is able to block out a chakra network when one is hit with the fist. This is not permanent it may heal on its own. (Weapons enhanced with this Jutsu are poisonous and need to be taken out with medical jutsu, due to the fact when they cut the person the poison seeps in)
Lightning/ Fire Fist: Same as Poison fist only with their own unique ways. When hit with Lightning fist they are paralyzed at point of injury and burns are left behind. Fire fist leaves behind serious burns to the area stricken, and user need immediate medical attention to their fist. (Only if they are at Stage 2).
Clan History:
A Clan that had started in two different places, Mist and Cloud Villages, giving off two different abilities, Lightning and fire. The earth element came to play when two different shinobi from each clan meet at the Rock Village. The two clans mixed and continued to mix until they were one creating this Clan. Their are two separate Clans still, in the Mist and Cloud. Most have gone to the Mist some still live in the Cloud Village. This clan has been one of many to survive the Great Ninja War.
Bio:
Xac was bourn with a condition called Situs Inversus, one that only one in ten thousand people get. (It is a real condition look it up it is spelled corectly and everything, I have it). This condition has the internal Organs of the person switched, like the heart is on the right and so on, and has no effect on the body, it acts as if it were a normal person. Xac was chosen to be the leader of the cloud Village at a young age, but he didn't want it, so he ran away from home. Finding the Moon Village he grew up and became a famous ninja their. Once the Family found him he was offered the Position of Raikage at the Cloud Village. He declined and desided that the Moon Village needed him morew than the Cloud Village. By the Age of 24 he grew out of not wantiong to be a Village Leader and became the Kage of the Moon Village while someone else took the Raikage possition. He Became able to use his third level stage at the age of 15 and the 2nd at 10. He was a natural bourn pordigey.

Chakra Stealing and Sealing Method- By wrightning a seal that only he knows on a scroll he is able to steal the chakra of the one touching it. This may be used to seal his own chakra for future use.

Lightning Clone- Basically a shadow clone that can paralize the oponent when struck. Takes more chakra then shadow clones.
Chidori Wing- Takes chakra frome the user and forms a "wing" made of the chakra like chidori. This allows Torai to use Chidori moves 3 times simotainiusly if wished, uses a lot of chakra and also may injure the back of the user ex: Burns and bruses.
Chidori Bullet- Hand sign is simple, a gun shape and then is charged with chakra like Chidori. can be used by Torai one of the 24 times he can use a chidori attack (Bullet speeds on the strike).
Chidori Shot Gun- A powerful blast of chakra that can be pelted through anything, a wind technique would weaken it, if the techniqe was powerfull enough and fast enough, the attack is nearly unavoidable except b few techniques. Torai can only use this twice in a row due to the raw power of it.
Sharingan World- Genjutsu that creats a world where all the Oponant sees is the Shaningan spinning, confusing them into a trance, making them unable to battle.
Rokubi Clone- Occationally when Torai makes a clone the Rokubi demon lends its Chakra to it giving the clone the mind of Rokubi. Torai has learned to controll this apperition, due to it somehow controlling himself when he was younger.
Lightning Rotation- Using minimal chkra and the Rokubi's ability, and maximun speed, Torai spins at high speeds with electricity sparking off him, forming a ball of eletricity that can repell any object, besides wind element attacks. He based it off seeing the attack used by a Hyuuga member using their rotation.
Rokubi's Rage- Using the Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique, and shooting lightning, it becomes like a shower of fire balls and lightning strikes.
Rokubi's Lightning Force- Combining Rokubi's abilities and Strong Arm techniques, Torai is able to Throw a punch into the ground causing shock waves of both ground and Lightning, making enimies have to eather get hit with the strick or run away. Will cause craters.
1-6 Tails Release/ Return- At will Torai is able to grow out chakra tails, and he is able to make them come back and dissapear. He can use this phisical chakra to grab or block on coming attacks, he can also use it as offencive.
Rokubi Chakra Release/ Unrelease- Torai is able to use Rokubi's Chakra at will, allowing him to make chakra arms/ tails/ legs, ex Naruto when facing Sasuke, at will, allowing him to grab people at long range distances.
Torai/ Rokubi's Sanin/ Wolf Sage Release- By summoning Ma and Pa pug Torai and Rokubi are give both and extra boost, allowing them to use more chakra and allowing them to do more jutsus then normally.
Note:
Mostly combines many different Jutsu to make a attack, and also can shoot lightning out of fingers (due to demon).
When one enters Torai's mind they could find the Rokubi demon in a human form talking to Torai. Torai created this inside his mind when he befriended the demon, the demon can freely move about the mind by itself with out Torai needing to be their to stop it. It understands that it is safer inside Torai's mind.

Wolf Pup- A small pup. They are small with no skills, they make grate house pets though. They do as they are told by their summoner. Not very special. (When a personal summoner comes along they can train one of these to their own.)
Tracker Wolf- A wolf with excelent tracking skills.
Lightning Wolf- A wolf capable of producing lightning. They do as they are told by their summoner. Special.
Blaze Wolf- A wolf capable of producing flame. They do as they are told by their summoner. Special.
Full Pack of Wolves- A large pack of wolves. They do as they are told by their summoner. Special.
Full Pack of Special Wolves- A large pack of wolves that are randomly eather a Blaze Wolf or a Lightning Wolf or a large wolf or a Tracker Wolf. Normally 10-12 wolves appear. may have 1 to all of the wolves below. Do as told by summoner. Very special. (Torai is left with very little energy due to this, But is does not use up all of his chakra.)
Getsuei- A friendly wolf that is a personal friend of Torai's. Only Torai can summon him. Ability to use the powers of the demon inside of Torai.Very special. Best tracker of all of them.
Tsuki- Getsuei's sister. Same as Getsuei, less power though. Special.
Yaiba- Getsuei's mate. Same as Tsuki. Special.
Shichiyou-Mi- Getsuei's pup. Not very special. Small and better traking skills than Tsuki and Yaiba. When Torai teaches somone his personal summons this guy is the first to pop out.

Due to his opinions of the cloud village, Torai travaled back to the Leaf village and became a jounin. When he was young Torai was sent to the Cloud village and raised their due to the massecre. Durring his stay he was chosen to be the one who would hold the demon Rokubi. Durring his time of holding the demon he gained the ability to shoot lightning out of his hands, also making Raiton ninjutsu easyer for him to use. Torai normaly has steel blue eyes but sometimes can be seen with blood red eyes, without the commas of the sharingan in them. People say that this is when the demon is loaning its chakra to Torai, but no one realy knows. People also say that when a thunderstorm is over the village Torai can tell the lightning where to go and when to strike, which is how he got the nickname The Master Of Lightning. Though he has not yet mastered the sharingan he has the abilities of a master user. Due to the demons chakra and his natural element of lightning, Torai can used the chidori 6 times more than what Kakashi can do; which is 4 times, and 4x6= 24. That allows him to use the chidori 24 times.
