Poop the maps we are coming up with a new idea. Let's answer these questions.
-timeframe (past present future)
-what's going on (war, end of the world, revolution, disease, alien invasion)
-are we ourselves or alternative characters
-are we on earth or someplace else

I would like to try being ourselves, those tend to be the funnest, i don't care if we are on earth or not, but super powers are always fun, and i think the past would be boring and thus i am partial to the present

I think we should be captured by a government funded research facility and be experimented on and then escape but then they send other experiments after us, and we happen upon all sorts of strange things

I think it should be the past on an alternative planet. Think about the theory that humanity started on another planet and destroyed that planet and then had to come to earth. It could be that situation. You'd be a prehistoric alien version of yourself. Chaos would be rampant, it would be apocolyptic, and the point would be escape. The rp could move in three phases.
0ne- impending planetary destruction and escape
two- space expadition to earth (maybe did we explore other planets along the way?)
three- setting up civilization on earth
