If you're worried, there is a test that your doctor can do for you that will predict preterm labor. I had covered it in the preggers thread for another user

here. I would think since you've had one preterm labor that your provider would want to test and see if you're going to go into labor in the next couple of weeks. It would definitely give you peace of mind because you'll know you either are in the next couple of weeks, or you're not.
My last pregnancy, I never had issues with loss of appetite, and on the contrary, had a horrible Taco Bell craving the day I gave birth. (This was a BAD choice for a day I was having a baby, let me tell you. We'll just leave it there and let the mind wander where it may.) I was more fatigued, but that started rather early...more then a month before I went into labor.
This pregnancy, when haven't I been tired or had an appetite?! XD I'm starting to notice my fatigue worsening again and other then first thing in the morning, I'm never really hungry, just have to make myself eat every so many hours.
