Well first off I don't know if this is the right sub-forum but I am thinking it is.
Well my fiance and I were hanging out and things progressed to were we started to have sex, well I started to go in and it hurt her really bad. We have had sex before and everything went great but this time it really hurt her. She said it hurt on the bottom of her v****a not the top. Well seeing as we are conferable with each other I looked to see what was the matter, well on the lower part of her v****a was a red spot were if you were to open her it would stretch. It seemed like the skin had been scrapped off or something. But this spot was really tiny, but it was red. We don't know what might of happened and why this has happened so that is why I ask you guys for advice.

Many people think the hymen tears when a girl first has sex, but that's rarely the case. Most hymens tear long before that due to manual sex, masturbation, running, jumping, etc. However, some girls have thicker hymens that may even stay intact through all that and through sex. If she had a thicker hymen, it is possible that the pain she felt and the rawness you saw was a tear in the hymen.
It's also possible that some of the skin at the entrance to her v****a tore from not being lubricated enough. Vaginal tears due to lack of lubrication are actually very common.
It's also possible that she had a pimple or a sore.
It's tough for us to say exactly what the issue is from a written description over the internet though, so she can visit an ob-gyn for a more accurate answer.

It sounds like she either still had some hymen intact, had a pimple (they do appear there), or her skin was somehow irritated. She should keep an eye on the area and if there's no improvement, she may want to see a gyno.
Also, there's the possibility that the area was fine, she just wasn't lubricated enough. Even if her skin isn't irritated or anything, it's always a good idea to use lube.
