A top of the line medical facility owned and operated by the Ishida family. Besides the Kurosaki Clinic, this is the next nearest medical hospital for miles. It may be a bit expensive, but the services and equipment offered here are more than sufficient to cater to any medical situation.

A speeding, black convertible skidded to a stop in front of the driveway of the hospital as Ky's driver rushed out of his seat and brought out his injured master, bruised and bloodied from the beating he had received. Having no ability to see shinigami, the driver was absolutely dumbfounded when he saw his employer waltz out from the woods and drop to the ground, unconscious. After a few moments, some medical staff arrived with a stretcher and put the injured man on it, rushing him to the ER for immediate treatment.

As Ky lay in his room recovering, Tadashi came in for a visit. "Yo. How ya wounds doing?" Tadashi chuckled walking in and seating himself. "Your wondering what a shinigami is doing here huh? As i must have told you berfore. Im nuetral. Im from hell yet i fight for the good side. Ridiculous my life huh? So, hows the pain?"

As the shinigami entered the Presidential suite which was Ky's room in the Ishida Hospital and became friendly all of a sudden, Ky was displeased to say the least. "I don't get why you came here, all chummy with me now, shinigami, but if you came here to rub the fact that I lost to you people in my face, go ahead. I really don't care." He said, turning around not to face Tadashi, covering himself with his silk blankets. "And by the way, you are mistaken if you say that you're neutral. The fact alone that you fight for 'good' is an obvious indication of your leanings. A true neutral doesn't fight for anybody but himself and makes no distinction between bad or good as long as he gets what he wants in the end." He grumbled. "Get your facts straight."

Secretly having followed Tad, she popped up right behind him, glaring at Ky for what he did to her. "Hello there...Bount..." she growled in disatisfaction and anger. Yet a slight pain could be felt in her voice when she recalled what had happened.

"Hmph." Ky grumbled, turning towards the voice that was in the room with him. To his surprise, he saw Younha there. His displeasure creeping up like a poison, eating away at his patience. "Well, if it isn't little Younha. Have you come here for revenge? I would understand if you would." Ky asked with a sly smile, taking his glass of red wine placed on the side table next to him and took a sip. "What do I owe this pleasant visit from two shinigami?"

Magma secretly transformed into a flea hitching a ride on Younha's fine pelt fur, he then popped into full form. "Hello Ky, I hope you are okay from those beatings my dear friend, arent you glad you can sustain those kinds of attacks eh?" Magma said nudging his elbow into Younha's fur softly. "Anyways, I came to express my admiration for the fact that you stood up to some fierce shinigami, an Agito would have done the same thing.." Magma pulled a get well card from inside his Gi jacket...."Here" Magma hands the card to Ky...

Trying to hold back her rage, she kept her voice as calm as she could make it. "I...don't attack others when they're down for the count. Like you." she said, her hand resting on her zanpakuto. "Though I wish my morals were different. After what you did to me, I had to be restrained with straps in Squad 4, then endure a painful recovery procedure in Squad 12."
EDIT:
Suddenly surprised that Agito had popped out from her fur, she dealt him a nice slap in the face. "Don't do that! I never said you could hitch a ride!"

"Well, if I see an opportunity, I take it. Attacking a downed foe is an opportunity I welcome in any fight. Honor is relative as to what morals are. Compared to me and Xeion, we're both as different as night and day." Ky explained then heard the thing about how she was restrained and endure a recovery procedure. Ky closed his eyes and replied in a cold tone of voice. "I regret hearing that and I extend my sympathies, no matter how fake they may be, coming from me to you. However, if you want to tell me your life story, I suggest you stop because, to be honest, I don't care. "
Seeing yet another one, Ky gave a displeased sigh. "So you've all come here to rub it in my face, haven't you? It's expected, the winners always gloat at the loser's shortcomings." Seeing the shinigami extend a 'get well' card, Ky simply shook his head. "I'm sorry, I don't take insincere gifts like that. I know full well how you people all want me dead. That's why you interrupted our duel in the first place, correct? A simple investment that Xeion doesn't lose the fight."

"I do say, you dont have to be so rude, I only heard that you Ky stood up against shinigami and I express my admiration for that courage and lonesome, very well displayed traits as an Agito noble..and Im not here to rub anything in your face, and I donot wish to see a person as civilized as you dead from a unfair fight even though karma had it coming for you.." Magma straightened his Gi and placed the card on the nightstand next to the red wine glass..."If you do not accept another aristocrats sincerity then it also shows poor quality in how civilized one is, doesn't it Ky?" Magma countered with a grin as his eyes turned crimson...

Agito looked back to Younha, "I object, I think Ky is quite a showman, he shows a certain character I haven't seen in ages" Agito said with his arms crossed then looked back at Ky, his eyes turned purple for curiosity.."and do not draw your weapon Younha,as an officer of squad 1, I am suppose to honor the way of the sword and set an example for the other shinigami.." Magma countered Younha this time with a slight flirty grin.."But...Ky still has no right to go at a downed opponent even if morals are t stake, a fight is a physical dispute of ideals and morals.." Magma sighed some..

Ky was struck somewhat by Younha's remark. So struck, in fact, that his eyes somewhat turned melancholic. "I had enough of friends a long time ago. What's the use of having such pitiful things when they all die in the end and leave you all alone." He said, a sad smile forming on his lips. "I had a friend once, the very same shinigami I want to kill, and the one you call your Vice Captain, Xeion Kuchiki."
Turning to see the other's expression, Ky sighed once more. "It's not like I don't appreciate it. By all means, I am quite flattered that a shinigami nobleman would come here to present such a thing personally. For that, you have my thanks. And if you consider my act insulting, doesn't the aristocratic code also dictate to be honest with one's feelings?" Ky rebutted.
