In the later books do the leopards and wolves come back into the scene like they were, i miss zane and all of them...hell i havent read about jason in forever! lol

Well you see more wolves but leopards not so much. Like you see Micah, Nathaniel and Cherry but I don't think anyone esle. Also don't worry you'll Jason again. Blood Noir is about Jason.

See i miss the days with zane, the twins, cherry, all like living with anita XD made it more fun to read lol had alot more characters to deal with, but yay jason! lol When i get th emoney I will buy dance macrabre or however the hell its spelled so i can read that one..lol

Ok after I read the book I was discussed. Can we close Anitas legs and put a pad lock on it. I am all for female liberation and sexual freedom but man...are we up to like 17 guys. What about the plot main characters are dissappearing. Like was stated Zane, Cherry and the lot. Hell I am even Looking to see what mess could Belle Morte or even, Riana come on with anita not really able to control her succubus side how the heck did Miss Wallis disappear. And you wonder how she can channel Riana and not Marcus I always wondered about that. But then Also if she is so tied to the Thronnos Rokke Clan why is she not channeling pas wolves. There are some critical things missing that LKH could move her book into damn near a 40+book series I mean come on the MOther of Darkness,Ed....(ted) there are so many characters that she could just have off version and spin offs or even better a book on Richard and Jean-Claude on how they live there daily life and Unlife. LKH could do so much but she is so stuck on the sex it is kind of tarnishing the series that we started to love...Okay I am done venting.

Though I'm hopefully it would go down soon. The problem is the number of characters has gone up so much that other characters kinda get push aside. The reason Anita can channel Raina is because she is a necromancer and so can channel spirits. And since Anita can't shift she channels the spirit of the last lupa to make up for it. She doesn't channel Marcus because she didn't kill Marcus and Marcus wasn't the lupa. Anita can probably channel other wolves if she wanted to but she doesn't. I think it that having a spin off book would be great but LKH already stated she is not going to that and that she is going to slow down the sex. Blood Noir would had been so much better if it stay a novella but as a novel its not as great. It felt like it was forced to stay longer.

Yes I remember her comment on the branching off but In a way she did do that with that Micah book. Although she was in it the whole book could have done well with out her. It was just a side book and a quick read. I really bad teaser if you ask me. If you really think about writers they dont write about something they dont know about personally and....well anita having so many men and group sexual experiences just gives me the idea that LKH is either a wild woman or a woman wishing she could be just as wild. But considering how many fans she has on this subject you would think she would notice that all this sex has kind of got a lot of us looking at her differently and not so much in a good way. I think all she can do are get back to the real issues....Her powers...And yes I know she did not kill Marcus but she has the ability to touch and manipulate the dead she should be able to have a touch here and there of all spirits no matter who she kill heck Philip would be nice spirit to touch her. I think she had it for him and did not want to admit it since he was a vamp junkie. But all and all a lot of this could be just my frustration with the direction the books went. It is like reading one of my mothers bad romance novels.
