whats up guys i have to say some times call of duty 4 can some times can be wierd i dont know if its the players or something but i have shot players in the head and still they dont dye whats up with that

It is most of the time the game itself because it didn't register the shot, I've had that happen to me many times. Also, it could be because the other player is extremely choppy.
