Hunger, hunger, hunger, it hummed in Gazini's mind like a hive of hornets. But he had just eaten why this incessant craving? He had to hunt he needed to taste blood on his tongue warm and fresh. The last meal was far to easy he must find something different something more of a challenge.
Gazini's head was held high and his tail posture gave him the presence of a beta. He moved with purpose, following the scent of his chosen prey. Wolves they were indeed a prey worthy of his efforts. None would sacrifice there lives without putting up a decent fight. This is what Gazini's life had become, nothing more then hunting, killing, eating, and sleeping. At times he did not even finish his kills leaving them where they lay after licking some blood from the fresh wounds.
Gazini knew others, others that lived in packs. Shared their kills and claimed territory to protect. He didn't understand it in the least. There was no time, he must kill or he felt he might just explode. Lately this had not been enough for Gazini though. No one feared him for no one knew him. He maybe strong, but there was no power there. Was that why others joined packs? Was there a power there unseen to Gazini? What of those lower in the pack? Do they join for the protection? Why do the stronger wolves give it.
Though his mind tried to stray to these thoughts, there was another side of him that would bring him back to his hunger. His blue eyes almost glowed in the darkness of the mid day's forest light, he had caught a scent. Wolves, yes wolves, just what he was looking for, but there was a problem it was very strong.
Crossing a scented border he growled. There might still be a chance for him to get a wolf alone, if he was careful. He had never met this scent before, it was strong and forced an ominous feeling down one's spine, but that did not turn Gazini away. In fact he moved quicker, the scent promising him a fight to remember.

Chernabog watched from a high jagged rock as the red, black, and white male crossed the borderline. His crimson eyes narrowed into dangerous slits behind his metal and bone mask and lips lifted exposing his fangs beneath their metal counterparts. He slowly calmed himself and let out a soft snort, he would go see what this male had entered for, perhaps he had come to offer tribute.
The muscular alpha leapt down from his rocky perch and headed towards the other male. As he moved his fur rippled slightly making the faces splashed across his body move in an eerie pattern.
Chernabog reached the male fairly quickly before he could get too far in and moved directly in his path.
"Are you aware that the land you stand upon belongs to The Reign of Terror?" His voice was a gentle growl, a warning mixed with the promise of fair play if it was heeded.

A lone wolf indeed, but not one he was sure to make a good meal off of. Gazini's blue eyes seemed to search the Goblin King, not with awe, not with fear, but with a sense of emotionless blood lust that had been interrupted. He stood his ground and kept his body as though a beta respecting an alpha, but there was still much pride in his body.
"I know not what the packs of the land seem fit to name themselves. I don't right care or have time for it. I am simply doing what I like and do the best."
Gazini seemed to have life seeping back into his eyes as he judged Chernabog. It was obvious that this wolf had power to him, the fact that he was the alpha was lost on Gazini. It was so easy to get a pack wolf to fight, one only to to trespass, Gazini thought. If this male was a meal to be made it was apparent to Gazini that is would not be an easy one. This made the sound of the meal that much more appetizing. Not to be misunderstood, Gazini was not under estimating Chernabog, but he was the type to find a thrill in prey that has a very good chance of killing him.
"Why is it you pack wolves are so worried about strange wolves? In a pack called Rein of Terror, it surely can not be in fear? Or is that just a name to cover your weaknesses like the mask upon your face. Are you afraid that one little loner shall steal prey from your mouths? If so, your hunters are found wanting. Come mighty wolf of your pack show me to fear your name or may to be a meal in my stomach by days end."
Gazini's words were cool and calm, but his eyes seemed to flash with excitement hoping to rile the great wolf before him into an attack. Blood would be shed, he didn't care who's a little of both if in Gazini's eyes he were lucky. Gazini growled after a moment and like a whisper or undertone in his breath the word "blood." could be made out.

Chernabog smirked and let the loner speak, he had come willingly then. The alpha merely stood and waited for the other to finish his little speech already prepared for the fight, he could tell the strong younger male wouldn't go down easily, but Chernabog knew he would go down.
The alpha had earned the mask that concealed his face, earned the metal and bone from countless fights and victims. He had claimed the lives of wolves, two leggers, bears, lynx, and dogs. Despite all the pain he had suffered in the end he had emerged the king, and now his court was in the forest and he intended to reign in this land as well.
He issued no warning, but at the last word of blood he strode forward and with a speed born of countless battles and practice rammed the horns of his helm under the male to throw him. "Your blood." He murmured his fangs in a double row, natural, and metal.

Like a thousand bugs crawling on his skin, the excitement trilled through his every being. The male stood his ground taking the hit instead of giving in to the flow of the of the moves. A stupid move for some, but as long as blood was ran Gazini felt stronger. There was a sputter of blood as a wild laugh emitted from the young male. Gazini sounded almost delighted to have a bit of blood flowing from his mouth.
"Your blood, my blood, who cares as long as it's sweet smell stains the air!"
Gazini pushed his weight against the Goblin King not caring how close he got to the other male's teeth. Gazini's head slammed into the helm testing it's strength while his teeth snapped trying to grab hold of the other males shoulder. He was not knew at fighting, but there was a lot that he could be taught. Perhaps in the paws of the right teacher he could become an unstoppable killing machine. For now though his skills were blinded by a unseen red. What had caused Gazini to be this way? He couldn't remember, he wasn't sure he wanted to. He could almost feel that this great wolf before him would be the end, but it didn't matter, all that matter is how he got to that end.

Chernabog was surprised that the other male made no move to recover from the blow, nor did he back away to find a better attack. He shook his head at the other slammed his helmet, the metal and bone creation was made to withstand much worse, and it was held fast to the demon kings skull.
He was clearly crazy, perhaps he had come with a deathwish, what a waste. Chernabog allowed the younger male over his shoulder before throwing his weight down to pin him his headed turning to slash the male with his outer set of metallic fangs.

Gazini fell and laughed some more, more like a pup at play then a suicidal mutt. He is in a way both a masochist and a sadist, but it was all for blood and the challenge. His eyes met the King's long enough to show he was having fun and had no wish to die, but more to live for the moment.
Gazini rolled enough that the King missed him by mere centimeters. Kicking with his feet he shifted under the large male flipping over before slamming his body upwards hoping to knock the alpha off his feet. It was clear that he was slowly starting to think a little more. As though the blood scent in the air was clearing his mind. Like an alcoholic when the liquor had just started working it's magic once more.

Chernabog leapt away with a snarl, insane, the young male was insane. The king grinned softly to himself, crazy maybe but the wolf had potential. He watched for the males next move and shook off.
His eyes narrowed and he inhaled through his mask, but it was not his own it seemed. He rolled his shoulders back and growled "Prepared to die then?" He smirked under his mask.
Chernabog felt the rush coming, the thrill of defeating an enemy and to top it off her was protecting his territory. It felt good.

Surprisingly Gazini backed quickly away from the alpha. He lapped some of his own blood with his tongue, then gave a chuckle. He shook off and lifted his eyes to meet the King.
"I can feel it." Gazini said with a grin, his tail began to wag. His body position suddenly showed a bit more respect. Gazini could tell that he could not win this fight, not now. He needed to learn and gain experience before he challenged this male again.
Gazini had no special power, but blood was something he could understand. Yes the heavy blood scent in the air was Gazini's, but Gazini could smell more. Chernabog's blood seemed to course with power unknown to Gazini, he wanted it for himself, but how?
"We can continue if you wish, Mighty King of this land. Though I concede at this time I am no match for you. I promise that I won't die without of fight, though.....I much rather know more of you and your pack."
Perhaps this wolf was insane, or perhaps he had finally found someone, whom had use of his bloodlust. Either way Gazini was ready, ready to fight, ready to die trying, or ready to learn.

Chernabog circled the other male and snarled softly, but he considered him. Crimson eyes narrowed and scanned over the lightly muscled form of the young male. He did indeed have potential, still such choices should never be made lightly.
"I can see you would die a noble death, to waste your potential would be foolish and I am no fool. I would welcome you into our fold, but your great weakness seems to be your lack of control." He snarled softly.
"Those who lack control make mistakes, those who make too many mistakes are quickly taken down, those who are taken down are of no use to the Reign of Terror except as a slave. Will you be a lord or a slave I wonder?" He stopped and stood infront of the male again.
"State your name!" His tone left no room to skirt, there was no question, only the demand. Demands would be met or death would be dealt. Chernabog was kind to his own, but Gazini was not yet one of his own.

Gazini's eyes followed Chernabog, it was clear that if Chernabog attacked him he was ready for it. He couldn't help, but grin over the whole thing. Hunting for a wolf he found one, but one that did not crumble to his psychotic tactics. Other wolves in the past had been caught off guard by them, but it seemed this wolf understood fighting more then Gazini could ever hope too.
At the words "lack of control", Gazini made an odd face. He knew he didn't have it, but he never liked to hear it. Or was Chernabog only referring to the fight? What was this talk of being accepted into the pack? Gazini had not asked to join...not yet anyways. He needed to know more, besides this King only knew a little of him. What would he think if he knew everything about Gazini?
His eyes seemed to flash with rage at the word slave. Oh no, Gazini would die before he was ever labeled a slave. Gazini had only conceded to this male, that was all and that would be all.
"Gazini, it means Blood." Gazini seemed a little annoyed by the tone, but he obeyed none the less. He wanted to know more and growling at tones was certainly not going to give him the knowledge he sought.

The name's meaning made Chernabog chuckle lightly, the slightly off kilter wolf seemed to have been named properly enough. The Reign of Terror was not for the insane, though some of his pack did have their quirks. It was a pack for those strong enough to stand alone and demand what they wanted, and together they stood demanding their due and graciously turning their violent tide away from those smart and respectful enough to bow away. He was quite proud of almost every member of his pack, and each one served their purpose. He eyed Gazini wondering what purpose this one could serve, for now it was either death or acceptance, even if the other male didn't know it.
Acceptance could be given with conditions, Chernabog would give the male time to learn control over his bloodlust, and with control the male would be a welcome addition to the force of the pack. Even the great alpha understood that despite his court's ferocity sheer numbers could be overwhelming as well, but he wanted a connection to each of his members. He did not want nameless faces following him like sheep, he enjoyed the challenge of each member of his pack voicing their opinions and questioning his own, it made him, made them stronger.
"Gazini..." His voice began softly and rose slowly with a soft growl. "Today you can choose between two paths, down one you will meet your noble death. Down the other you will join my court of wolves, and if you cannot learn control from them, they will enslave or kill you. If you do learn control though, your desire and need for blood will be most gladly met."
Chernabog's crimson eyes stayed focused on the male with confidence, ready to either kill or embrace the male. "Which will it be?"

Gazini's ears twitched as Chernabog laughed. Did he find Gazini's name funny? It was all Gazini remembered nothing more, to make fun of it was to make fun of him. His fur fluffed lightly as his wish to attack gnawed at him, for Gazini he was showing more control then he ever had at this very moment.
His fur smoothed as Chernabog spoke. Gazini's eyes seemed to dart between the options and his own objections. He really only knew this wolf and his pack on face value. Yes the alpha was strong and Gazini was willing to learn from him, but the others he was not so sure. Either path could lead to death, but one gave the promise of a Bloodlust quenched if he could only learn control. Was Gazini cable of such a thing? He wasn't sure, but it was worth the risk.
Blue eyes locked with the crimson as the young wolf grinned. "Alright I choose to join your court, but I want to know if you will teach me to fight? To fight a wolf that fights back, not only fights back, but like you is unafraid of the tactics I've used on prey for the length of my known life. I do not know your pack and I do not want to learn this from someone who's blood is nothing special. I'll learn your ways from them, I'll follow you pack wolf rules, but the control and fighting I want to learn from you."
Even if it was to much for Gazini to demand in his position he did so anyways. He wanted to let Chernabog know that he wasn't signing on just to be enslaved by other members of the pack. He planned to only submit to Chernabog, the others would get respect if they earned it in his eyes or would get temperary respect for the teaching of the way of pack life.

Chernabog grinned and nodded well pleased with the males response, he showed a willingness and caution that the alpha enjoyed. Each member of his pack was special and Gazini would be the bloody whirlwind of their bunch.
"Very well, You shall learn from my paw, my maw. There is another in our pack Valdis, I would have you face her often as well, she would be a formidable opponent for you to test yourself on...you will understand why when you meet her." He smirked thinking of the bloody beauty, she was so very useful, fearless, and witty.
"Come then, let me show you around, you can catch the scents of the others further in and near the den. Fighting is acceptable, but as members we will never harm each other without just cause, if you feel the need, the slaves are there for you to vent on. We also abide by the rules of tribute, those packs that offer us tribute will be unmolested, those that do not you are free to destroy."
