This is a dark and seedy place. Small cramped shops huddle under group protection from old raditon forcefeilds, inviting in visitors to be swallowed up without a trace. The throughfares are calm enough on the outside however, and the possiblites of this place are almost limited. The more legal stuff being sold in the open by peddilers of doubious decent, while the true Chineese run the second Black market below.
