Almas was standing in front of the door to the labs, one still working eye gazing out over the terrain. Allete, one of the projects were coming in today and he had ended up drafted to chaperon the girl and whoever was coming with her. He was actually a bit excited to see one of the kids first hand, he was a secretary and as such he'd never had to work hands on with them like the techs had. It should be an interesting meeting, after all from what he'd read up on Llewelyn he didn't really do much more then sleep. He would do his best to wake him up and keep him up, if not he would talk with Allete best he could about the demon from what the file on him said.

Niki parked the jeep and glanced over at Allete, who was kicking her feet idly in the seat. "C'mon, sweetie. Time to go!" She'd gotten word that they'd wanted Allete to meet one of the "parents" that had given DNA for the girl's creation. The woman got out of the car and went around, gently getting the girl out as well.
"Don't wanna..." The girl sulked, grumping as she was practically dragged towards the building. "Don't wanna go back!" She tried to pull away, to no avail. Plus, the girl gave up a bit early and flopped herself onto the ground.
With a sigh, Niki hoisted the girl up and managed to get to the front of the building. "Hello... We're supposed to meet one of Allete's... parents...?"

The scarred up young man took a few steps closer to the pair, looking Allete over, wow... she was a pretty little thing. She'd taken on a lot of things from her demonic side hadn't she? He turned and pushed the door open for the pair of women to go through.
"Yes, she is going to be meeting one named Llewelyn." He explained as they started on their way, "He might be a little difficult to talk to but I will do my best to keep to help out with that."
The walk they took from the front door to the wing where the demons lived went by quickly, briskly. Almas gave little a flutter of his short wings, "Hes inside, are you two ready?"

Allete snorted and eyed the man's stubby wings. Faking a stretch, she couldn't help but show off her four beautiful big wings, now could she? Her mother gave her a look that read something along the lines of "BEHAVE!", but the girl merely crossed her arms.
"Llewelyn?" Niki responded, gently dragging her daughter inside and after the man. It was an odd name, for sure. She swiftly elbowed Allete as the girl once again displayed her double set of wings, trying to irritate the man, obviously. The girl needed some manners! "Ready, Allete?" She asked her daughter, who gave a shrug.

"We thought it was a fitting name." Almas explained, opening the door up to the Demon's room and allowed the pair to enter with him, "It comes from a Welsh word llew which means Lion and well... Llewelyn is about as lazy as any male lion, maybe more so."
He motioned with one gloved hand to where the Sloth demon was.
They'd set up a card table and a couple metal folding chairs, got the demon up from bed and sitting in one of the chairs and already was slumped over the table. Almas flushed a bit when he realized the demon was both snoring and drooling... how embarrassing... Llwelyn wasn't in anyway presentable was he?

"I see..." Niki replied, hiding a smile as she spotted the demon within. She could definitely see where Allete had gotten some of her personality from. The woman guided her daughter over to the chairs and had her sit. Perhaps meeting this Llewelyn would make the girl realize how bad it was to be lying about all day...
Allete giggled as she observed the sleeping man. Though she wasn't exactly fond of returning to this place, her fear had been pushed aside by trying to tease the short-winged man and now giggling at this silly sleeping man. "Look, mommy! He's drooling..." Allete pointed out to her mother.

Almas flushed a bit at the drooling comment, moving over to Llwelyn's side and gave the demon a little shake, "Come on Llewelyn... your guest is here." He said, trying to rouse him.
The demon gave a grunt, eyes opening for a moment and he gave an unintelligible sound in greeting to the blurry pair he saw in front of him.
"Ahhh, good... Ummm... as you see your girl got her horns, some of her skin color, and one set of wings from him." Almas explained, wishing that coffee would work in keeping Llewelyn away but from what he'd heard even the most potent energy drink had no effect.
Llwelyn rubbed at his eyes with one claws hand, stretched, yawned, and then crossed his arms on the table in front of him, resting his head on them, "Mmmm... hey there." He said to Allete, sensing a kindred soul in her.

Niki glanced at the demon and back at her daughter, nodding at Almas' comment. "And her love of being a couch potato as well, I'm sure..." The woman muttered, eying the interaction (if one could really call it that) of the two.
"Hi..." Allete managed, suddenly a bit shy. She glanced at her arms and then at her scaly wings, then up at Almas. "He has no feathers..." She indicated her other wings. "And he's only got two wings..." She crossed her arms and eyed the demon for a moment. "But his horns are bigger than mine!"

Llewelyn gave a yawn and a bit of a grin at Niki's comment, seeming to agree without without words that he was exactly what she called him. He found himself in a bit of a starring contest with Allete a moment before she started to ask all sorts of questions.
After a long moment of silence where Almas had hoped the demon would make comment he quickly started to answers the questions, "You see the feathers and second wing set are from your other 'parents', your Virtue half." He explained to her, "As for the horns... I think yours might get bigger as you age. Am I correct in my assumption Llewelyn?"
A long silence. "Llewelyn are you awake?"Almas asked as he reached over to nudge at the demon.
"Hm? Wha? Oh... horns..." He lifted a hand to touch one of his then looked at Allete and nodded, "All of me is bigger then you." He saw between yawns, if she got bigger her horns might get bigger as well. Made sense to him at least.

Allete stared back at this 'parent' of hers, blinking as the small-winged man started speaking. "Oh." That was that. This was this. Her hand reached up and found her horns in all that matted hair and grinned. "You're bigger cuz you're old!" The girl nodded. Of course, from her perspective, anything older than 11 was old... and 20 was ancient...
The girl looked around the room. "You don't have a tv..." How boring!

Llewelyn starred at the girl for a long moment, gave a huge yawn, then shrugged, "Older then you can imagine little girl." He said, resting his head on the table once more, his eyes fluttered closed, and he started to drift off.
Almas looked down at the demon then shook his head, "My apologies, he isn't exactly the most entertaining parent one could meet. Do you have any questions? Either of you? I will do my best to answer them for you."

Niki shook her head, glancing at her daughter. Allete was peering at the now sleeping demon curiously. "Does he do anything but sleep?" She wondered aloud, for it seemed Llewelyn had a hard time staying awake...

Almas looked down at the demon for a long moment before he finally shook his head, "Not to much more, he will way up from time to time or to make use of the bathroom but aside from that he seems to sleep a lot. He is Sloth after all." He explained, "You seem much more perky, it must be due to your Angelic side."

Allete gave a smile to the man. "And Mommy says that I'm lazy..." She glanced over at her mother as if to say "I get it honestly!" or maybe "I could be worse!". Niki just gazed back levelly at her daughter, who looked over at Almas again.

"If there are no other questions that you have we can start back for the front door, it will allow the Lab workers to help Llewelyn back to bed so he can go back to enjoying the good dreams he has." Almas said, noticing out of the corner of his eye that one of the many people who worked here had arrived and was looking impatient to move the Sloth demon so they could get back to more important work.
